Alison Potts is a teacher of embodied healing and holistic wellbeing whose work lives at the meeting place between nervous system healing, self-compassion, embodied spirituality, and the art of fully inhabiting a meaningful, zestful, magical human life. Drawing on decades of experience and training in instinctive meditation, nervous system-informed healing, and compassion-focused embodiment, she has become known to thousands as a warm, wise, and compassionate guide. Alison’s journey with MS, which she has lived with throughout her adult life, has been both a profound teacher and inspiration, deepening her passion for whole-person healing.
