Alison Potts is a teacher of embodied healing and holistic wellbeing whose work lives at the meeting place between nervous system healing, self-compassion, embodied spirituality, and the art of fully inhabiting a meaningful, zestful, magical human life. Drawing on decades of experience and training in instinctive meditation, nervous system-informed healing, and compassion-focused embodiment, she has become known to thousands as a warm, wise, and compassionate guide. Very reassuring in the middle of the night during a much more challenging week than usual. I will be listening again and also using this idea for self soothing at other times when in the grip of stress or anxiety It’s okay. This is much stronger than “all is well” as I can imagine someone wise and loving saying this or remember my mother saying: It’s okay 💕
