Hello my friend.
Let's take a moment shall we to release some stress.
We're holding often stress in our body that we don't even know we're holding and it's wonderful to take a pause to let that go so that we can refresh our energy.
So let's first of all have this attitude of giving our body permission to let go of some stress.
It's been waiting for this moment.
And then take a deep breath in and out and really enjoy that exhalation.
The one you might have been holding for longer than you thought.
Shall we do that again?
Let it flow out,
That old breath,
The old debris from the body.
And now with our next breath let's bring our shoulders up to our ears.
All the way up and then release.
Let them drop completely.
And keeping breathing with this wonderful sense of releasing with your exhale,
Let's let go of holding in our face,
Softening,
Letting our jaw go,
Parting our lips,
Softening behind our eyes and the backs of our ears releasing.
Let's let our shoulders drop a little more if they want to.
And let's make some room now inside of our chest for our heart and inside of our belly for our breath.
So you might want to take a hand to your heart,
Another one to your belly.
And as you breathe in really fill up there.
And as you breathe out let everything drop.
So there's a sense of relaxation and softness coming into your heart and your belly.
And then maybe we can soften even the palms of our hands and let go through our fingers and our toes.
And finally maybe feel your seat can drop and sink a little further into its support.
And now just having taken this moment,
Check in with yourself.
Make a good note of where you feel a little more lightness,
A sense that something has softened and released.
And notice that that is something you can do for yourself in these many moments throughout your day.
How wonderful that is that your body has this intelligence and when it calls you,
You listen and you give it permission,
Your permission,
You take your space.
Let's finish by thinking of one good thought.
It could be something you're grateful for in your life right now,
Something that really roots you to being here.
Take another big breath in and out and go on your way and be good to yourself today.
