What you’ll learn: -How to recognise when your body is holding tension or staying on alert -Simple ways to help your system feel more grounded and supported - How to stay with your experience without becoming overwhelmed - Practical tools to release stress and come back to steadiness - How to shift your inner dialogue so it supports rather than unsettles you What to expect This is a practical, experiential course. You’ll be guided through a series of short, accessible practices you can use in everyday life, in different situations. When we repeatedly give our body a felt sense of safety - even for a moment or two - it gradually begins to come down from "constant emergency mode" and find a baseline of inner security and support.
