In this lesson, you’ll begin to notice the way you speak to yourself and how your thoughts can shape how you feel. You’ll explore your inner voice with gentle awareness, creating space to respond in a way that feels more supportive. There is no need to change anything straight away… just an invitation to notice.
Lezione 3
Why Patterns Feel Hard To Change
In this lesson, you’ll explore why certain thoughts, feelings, and behaviours can feel so familiar, even when you’d like them to be different. You’ll begin to understand how your mind is drawn to what it knows, and how awareness can gently open the door to something new. There is no pressure to change anything… just a space to notice.

The Direction Your Mind Follows
In this lesson, you’ll begin to notice how your mind follows what you repeat and reinforce over time. You’ll explore the connection between your thoughts, the way you describe yourself, and the direction your mind begins to take. This is a gentle space to become aware of what you may be reinforcing without realising.

A Different Way To Respond
In this lesson, you’ll explore a simple way to respond differently in the moment, when thoughts or emotions begin to rise. You’ll be guided to create a small pause between what you feel and how you react, allowing space for something new. There is no need to get it right… just an invitation to notice and gently respond.
Lezione 6
A Gentle Shift Forward Meditation
In this final lesson, you’ll be guided through a gentle meditation to bring everything together. You’ll have space to notice your thoughts and patterns with more awareness, allowing a sense of calm and understanding to settle. This is simply a moment to pause, reflect, and allow small shifts to begin.
