Welcome.

I'm Alison,

And I'm so glad you're here with me today.

This is a space to slow down,

To soften,

And to reconnect with the part of you that's always moving forward,

Always growing,

Always opening.

You don't have to do anything.

Breathe in and out.

Just allowing yourself to settle and receive.

There's a moment in everyone's journey where the past can feel heavier than it needs to.

Where old outcomes and old attempts,

Or things that didn't unfold the way we hoped,

Begin to whisper,

This means something about you.

But it doesn't,

And it never did.

What I've discovered,

Both in my own life and through the people I work with,

Is that past outcomes aren't a judgement,

They're information.

They show us what support we needed,

What alignment really feels like,

And what our next step could be.

And when we look at these experiences with softness instead of fear,

Something shifts.

You begin to realise,

I'm stronger than I thought,

I'm more courageous than I give myself credit for,

And I can get to try again.

And this time,

I'm not alone.

So this practice is an invitation to release the weight of old stories,

To open to clarity and support,

And to step gently into a future where your success is not forced,

But allowed.

As you move into the meditation that follows,

Let your heart receive this truth.

Your past does not define you,

Your alignment does.

And when you move forward from a place of support and calm,

Your whole life opens with you.

So begin by finding a comfortable position,

And allowing your body to soften into the space beneath you.

Take a slow breath in,

And a soft,

Long breath out.

Feel your shoulders drop,

Your chest open,

Your whole being unwind.

There's nothing you need to do,

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to figure out.

Just breathing,

Just being.

Now imagine a gentle light surrounding you,

Soft,

Warm,

Comforting.

A light of clarity,

A light of support,

A light of possibility.

Notice how it feels around you,

Like a quiet blessing,

A reminder that you are held by something loving and steady.

As you rest in this light,

Allow any weight from the past to soften.

Any old outcomes,

Old stories,

Old expectations,

Just let them ease,

Dissolve,

Fade away,

Like mist in morning sunlight.

Feel the spaciousness that opens inside you.

Bring your awareness to the center of your chest,

Your heart space.

Imagine a small glow forming there.

A glow of courage,

Of truth,

Of gentle strength.

This is the part of you that keeps going,

The part that has always risen,

Always learned,

Always grown,

Even when you didn't realize it.

Let this inner light expand,

Filling your chest,

Your ribs,

Your whole body.

Warm,

Steady,

Supportive.

And from this place of inner knowing,

Repeat softly within,

I am free from the weight of past outcomes.

I am guided by clarity and support.

I grow stronger with every step I take.

Feel how these words settle into the deeper part of your mind.

Feel the certainty growing.

You are safe to move forward.

You are supported as you move forward.

And your success unfolds naturally,

Beautifully,

In perfect timing.

Take another soft breath,

Letting the light around you merge with the light within you.

One warm field of possibility.

Rest here,

Supported,

Aligned.

And when you feel ready,

Begin to return to the space around you.

Slowly,

Gently,

Bringing with you the clarity,

The courage,

And the deep knowing that you are supported in every step you take.

Take a moment to notice how you feel now.

Lighter,

Clearer,

More supported from within.
