Tarot As A Mirror
In our first session, Tarot as a Mirror, we’ll reframe tarot as a tool for reflection rather than fortune-telling, exploring how its imagery, archetypes, and history can help us see ourselves more clearly. I’ll share my own story of how tarot became a language for emotions when words felt out of reach, and we’ll talk about why the cards work so powerfully as mirrors of our inner world. Together, we’ll practice grounding in a safe inner space, learn how to choose a deck that resonates with you, and explore a gentle one-card pull—an invitation to listen, reflect, and connect with yourself in the present moment.

The Language Of Symbols
Module 2 guided participants through creating and connecting with a personal safe space, using visualization and grounding practices to build a foundation for emotional awareness. Participants practiced returning to this safe space, noticing sensations in the body, and developing gentle self-compassion, setting the stage for deeper exploration of emotions and inner experiences in subsequent modules.

Tarot For Emotional Awareness
In Module 3, we explore how freeze and fawn states can create disconnection from our emotions, and how tarot can serve as a gentle bridge back to self-awareness. You’ll be guided through a grounding body scan practice, then learn how tarot works with your perception filter to reveal what is most relevant for you in the moment. Finally, you’ll practice a three-card spread for body, mind, and spirit/emotion, using the cards as mirrors to notice and name your inner experience at your own pace.

Tarot For Self-Compassion
In this module, you’ll learn how to use tarot as a tool for self-compassion—shifting from self-criticism to gentle curiosity. Together, we’ll explore how tarot reflects the full spectrum of human experience, from joy to pain, and how each card carries both light and shadow. Through grounding, reflection, and guided card study, you’ll practice meeting yourself with the same compassion you so easily extend to others. This is an invitation to soften toward yourself, even when it feels unfamiliar, and to begin building a more compassionate relationship with your inner world.

Tarot For Reconnection With Spirit & Higher Self
In this module, you’ll explore tarot as a sacred dialogue with Spirit, your higher self, or the self-aware universe—whatever name feels true for you. Through a gentle grounding practice, you’ll learn how to open space for communication and connection, then practice a two-card spread designed to help you hear what Spirit is showing you and how you can embody it. This is an invitation to trust your intuition, discern what resonates, and experience tarot as a tool for presence, healing, and reconnection.
Lezione 6
Integration & Next Steps
In this closing module, we bring together everything you’ve learned on your tarot journey — reflection, emotional awareness, compassion, and connection with Spirit — and weave it into a practice that feels sustainable and supportive. Through a final three-card spread and a guided meditation of gratitude and blessing, you’ll honor your growth, carry forward what serves you, and step into the next chapter of your journey with clarity and wholeness. Though this module is shorter, its power lies in integration — the place where real transformation takes root.
