In this session together we look into how acceptance and genuine allowing (even if it seems tricky at first) is an essential step in your path of living with pain in a more peaceful and meaningful way.

Together we explore your connection to your energy body and get to know how you can allow the energy of pain to be liberated, instead go holding onto it or pushing it down in some way - giving it more power

As you probably have experienced, pain affects so many other aspects of our life & the psychological struggles around pain can be just as hard as the pain itself. Lets talk about how best to be with that.

At this stage in our journey together we start to explore the instinctive way that you normally react to both pain and emotions and we allow it to transform, bringing you a greater sense of peace within.
