Thank you for this course. 🙏 It was good to be reminded of the value of gratitude, kindness and becoming more aware of my negative thinking... Also, it reinforced that no kind or thoughtful act is too small and that small acts of kindness can have big affects for others, which we may never know about. 🙏🪷
