In lesson 2, we're going to explore the pressures and internal beliefs around "doing" versus "being" and look at how your intrinsic value comes from your uniqueness, not your achievements. Your practical takeaway: Create a "Being Affirmation" to remind yourself of your intrinsic value.

Supporting Yourself At Your Best
This lesson focuses on recognizing and nurturing what helps you feel and perform at your best. You’ll learn about the 4 Pillars of Sustainable Self-Care: Presence, Nourishment, Connection, and Expression. At the end of this session, you will choose 4 activities to make part of your routine.

Exquisite Self-Care In Action
In this final lesson, you will learn how to maintain your self-care habits even during busy or challenging times. This session will focus on boundaries, guilt-free self-care for yourself and lastly building on lesson 3, you’ll create an actionable 30-day plan to embed these practices into your life.
