Saying no,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathing once more,

And breathe out.

One more time,

Breathe in,

And let it all out.

Saying no is okay.

Saying no is okay when you mean it.

You can say no in many different ways.

People will make it mean whatever they want to make it mean,

And you can't control that.

You don't want to control it.

You don't want to control other people.

Saying no can come from the heart.

It's okay because it's the truth.

Everybody is best served by you being truthful.

It might be inconvenient,

But it's the truth.

You want to say no.

People are free to do what they choose.

So are you.

You choose to say no,

And that's okay.

People are responsible for themselves.

You're responsible for yourself.

Let's not interfere.

Let's not meddle.

Saying yes when you mean no can come from good intention,

But it's dishonest.

When you say no,

You could feel guilty.

Guilty for saying no.

How absurd.

There is no guilt involved.

Feeling the guilt.

What if you just felt the guilt for a short moment and then release it?

Feel the guilt.

Now release it.

It's gone.

Saying no is part of life.

Nobody can do everything.

Nobody has to.

You get to say no.

There's nothing wrong with saying no.

When you're able to say no,

You can say yes at other times and really mean it.

You don't have to do everything.

You get to choose.

You can say no,

And you can say yes.

It just depends.

You get to decide.

What's it going to be?

A truth or a lie?

Let's first of all be honest.

You can say no.

Coming from love,

It's okay to say no.

You don't mean any harm.

You're just being honest.

So honest.

That feels good.

Being honest feels good.

You can go ahead and feel good.

It's okay.

It's okay to feel good.

Allow yourself to feel good.

Feel elated.

Feel safe.

Feel in integrity.

You've got this.

You can say no.

Sit with this thought for a while.

You can say no when you want to.

Everybody's best served by you being honest.

Allow yourself to say no when you really mean no.

Start feeling good.

Feel good as you breathe in.

When you breathe out.

Saying no can feel so good.

Feel free to sit for a few minutes,

Feeling good about saying no.

I enjoyed the harp emphasizing your phrasing! Have integrity, be honest, be happy! Got it! 😚 P.S. This would also be great audio to accompany animated stick figures or cartoon people acting it out on YouTube.
