Introducing Mindfulness As A Way To Deal With Lack Of Concentration
In today's distraction-filled world maintaining focus is essential for our well-being. It has become more difficult to concentrate specially since the smartphone entered the scene with technology designed to keep us glued to it's screen. I have personally struggled with a wandering and distracted mind, which made meditation frustrating. After having tried many things I've found that mindfulness can serve as an antidote to this problem.

Stay Present: Cultivate Focus with a Mindful Observation Exercise
In this session, you will learn a mindfulness exercise aimed at enhancing your ability to maintain focus and attention. Through describing a physical object in detail for five minutes, you practise redirecting your attention to the task at hand when distractions arise. By cultivating this skill you not only enhance your meditation practice but also improve your attention span in various daily tasks.

Enhance Focus Through Detailed Visualisation
In this session, you will be thought a mindfulness exercise aimed at strengthening your internal focus and concentration. Through this practice, you will enhance your mental resilience and develop the ability to sustain focus amidst distractions, thereby improving your performance in daily tasks requiring concentration.

Concluding Your Mindfulness Journey: Integrating Focus and Attention into Your Daily Life
Welcome to the final session of the course! The true essence of mindfulness lies in it's daily practice. To sustain this habit you will learn habit-stacking which is all about how you can make this exercise a part of your daily life. We will also go through recommendations that makes the exercises suit you wherever you are on your mindfulness-journey.

Hi janne ☺️ I found even just doing this Course once a day because I was practicing my concentration seemed to improve. I felt more observant and being able to hold my concentration for longer and not getting distracted as much. I think I need to work On doing things like these each day to keep improving it.
