This course is the beginning of your lifelong journey to living in alignment with who you truly are. In the next 10 days, you will embark on a self-exploration journey where you will first work on deeply understanding what is your current reality and how present are your past experiences. You will work through exercises aimed at helping you uncover what is holding you back so that you can begin the process of releasing your limiting beliefs and reach your full potential. The next step of this personal awakening journey will be about getting clear on what your vision and core values are, and how you wish to live in alignment with them. You’ll have the space to create an action plan and build a support system, which will be the last piece of the puzzle in creating a life lived in full alignment.

Lezione 1
Self-Analysis & Reflection
On Day 1, we take a look at what is our current reality and how present are our past experiences. The goal is to know what choices, values, and priorities got us to where we are today, so we can know exactly what tweaks and changes we want to make.
Lezione 2
Core Values
On Day 2, we take a close look into our core values and how our values co-exist with each other. We won’t always be able to honor all of our values, so we take a closer look into the priority order that we’ve followed so far, and the priority order we wish to cultivate from now on.
Lezione 3
Uncovering Limiting Beliefs
Often, the answer as to why we still haven’t achieved some of our lifelong goals lies in the beliefs that we carry from an early age. On Day 3, we want to take a closer look into what those limiting beliefs might be in our case. Once we have a better understanding of the self-imposed limits, we want to check whether they hold any truth at all. Exposing limiting beliefs as false narratives gives us the freedom to drop them and pursue what truly matters to us.
Lezione 4
A Shift In Perspective
On Day 4, we are going to take a closer look into the struggles and difficulties we encounter trying to reach some of our goals. We’ll notice how these struggles are impacting us and how a shift in our perspective can help turn our motivation completely around from a negative to a positive one.
Lezione 5
My Highest Self
On Day 5, we are visualizing our highest self, living the life we dream of. We are getting into every detail, dissecting the where, how, what, who, etc. The goal is for you to see clearly how this highest version of yourself is possible, and how you have a lot more say in the matter. By focusing on how it feels to be this version of you, you start to understand deeply that you already are your highest self and you’ll know more clearly what your next steps are.

About Purpose & Passion
We’ve already been through the process of uncovering and prioritizing our core values, and meeting our highest, aligned self. On Day 6, we’ll use that inner knowing to get clarity around our aligned purpose and use that to lead our life with more passion.
Lezione 7
Where Your Energy Flows
On Day 7, we dive deep into where we want to focus our energy. Wherever we focus it, this is what we prioritize and give value to. We’ll talk about how we can create possibilities for ourselves, but also protect our energy by setting boundaries.
Lezione 8
Setting Aligned Goals
On Day 8, we are diving into setting goals that will be aligned with our values and our vision of our highest self. When we know what we value the most and what our aligned self looks like, we are able to set clear goals that we feel driven to accomplish.
Lezione 9
Aligned Strategy & Foundation
On Day 9, we are creating strategies and foundations that will support us in achieving our goals. We are building long-term habits and systems that will not only support the current aligned goals we have but also any future goals, as they naturally change as our life circumstances change.
Lezione 10
Action Plan, Support & Accountability
On Day 10, we are getting technical and we are creating a tangible and sustainable action plan, along with a support and accountability system, to ensure we don’t have to rely on sheer motivation when working on our goals and building our dream life.
