Hi and welcome to this healing affirmations meditation dedicated to self love.
You can begin by finding a comfortable position.
Sit in a way that feels relaxing and wakeful,
Keeping your back straight,
Chest open.
And softening any tension you notice in the body.
And whenever you are ready,
You can softly close your eyes.
Quickly scan through your body and notice how it feels.
Start with your feet and slowly move up all the way to your head.
Notice the sensations.
Notice any tense areas.
Is there any resistance present?
And wherever you encounter a sensation,
Spend a moment there.
If it's tension,
With your next exhale allow it to relax.
It's okay if nothing happens,
You are simply setting an intention to soften that area.
And once you have done that,
Continue moving upward.
Now notice your attitude,
The energy in you.
What is present?
Are you open and accepting of the experience?
Or are you resisting and finding it hard to let go?
Is your energy loving and inviting?
Or do you feel closed up?
Whichever your core experience currently is,
Simply welcome it.
That is the first step to slowly shifting your attitude towards a more open,
Loving and inviting one.
Now whatever your current state is,
Focus your awareness on how do you wish to go about today,
Tomorrow.
Visualize how does this new attitude look like and try to feel how does it manifest in your body.
And with the next couple of deep breaths,
Create space for this new attitude by letting the old one fade away with each breath.
See it as it moves further and further away from you until it is no longer in your presence.
And you have the space to welcome this new,
Inviting,
Soft and beautiful energy.
Breathing out,
Letting the old energy move further and further away and breathing in this new,
Inviting energy.
Allow a gentle smile to rise on your face now and silently or out loud repeat after me.
I choose to let go of what is no longer serving me.
I am letting go of my worries and fears.
I am resilient.
I allow myself time to heal.
I am doing my best and this is all I can do.
I am enough today and always.
I deserve to be kind to myself.
I have so much to offer.
I am already successful.
I am unique and that is beautiful.
I deserve happiness and joy.
I am exactly who I need to be in this moment.
I am accepting myself unconditionally.
I am proud of who I am becoming.
Today I choose me.
Love flows from within me.
I love myself.
Now explore any affirmations that come to you in this moment.

That's fine too.
You can choose one from this practice that made an impression,
Sparked an emotion.
Repeat the affirmation to yourself as many times as needed,
Truly feeling the words and allowing yourself to feel good about yourself.
The smile be present.
Now once again quickly scan through your body and notice if there is anything different in the beginning of the practice.
And lastly thank yourself for giving yourself the time to slowly shift your mindset toward the more loving and open one.
What a beautiful thing to do for yourself.
And now as our practice is coming to an end,
Slowly and gently allow your attention to expand.
Notice the room you are in and become aware of your whole body.
Stretch in any way that feels comfortable.
Maybe move your fingers or toes.
And when you are ready,
Softly open your eyes.
