This course offers 15 days of quick, focused yoga practices designed to improve flexibility and mobility throughout the entire body. Each class is 15 minutes long, making it easy to stay consistent while gradually building a more open, mobile, and responsive body. Across the 15 sessions, we explore full-body flexibility with special attention to key areas that commonly feel tight or restricted: shoulders, hips, legs, and the spine. The practices combine active mobility work, mindful stretching, gentle strength, and intentional movement patterns that support both flexibility and joint stability. Rather than pushing into extreme ranges of motion, the course emphasizes conscious exploration of movement. You will learn how to move with awareness, understand the sensations in your body, and gradually expand your range of motion. Each class is designed to be short, effective, and accessible, helping you build a regular practice even on busy days. This course is suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners who want to improve their flexibility gradually, feel less stiff in everyday life, move more comfortably in their yoga practice, and build a consistent short daily movement routine. Basic familiarity with yoga poses can be helpful, but is not necessary. By the end of the 15 days, you can expect to feel more mobile, more connected to your body, and more confident moving through your yoga practice with fluidity and intention.


Meet your Teacher

Vanessa has been a yoga teacher for over 3 years, has completed two 200h yoga teacher trainings, has completed a mindfulness meditation training, and is currently enrolled in a neuro-based movement training. Her style seamlessly blends yogic tradition with neuroscience of movement, giving her students a unique and individualized approach in learning to move with ease and intention, on and off the mat.
