You’ll also ask your higher self for a glimpse of what’s on the horizon for you with love, now that you’ve released your past.

Today, you’ll discover what you may be resisting about your life right now, including any aspects of being single. You’ll learn tips for easing into a gentle acceptance of your life as it is, while trusting that your love life will shift miraculously in perfect timing. We’ll also do a guided practice for softening your insistence on the specifics of your future with love. This makes room for the Universe to adjust your vision when it’s in your highest good.

Today, you’ll learn how to draw yourself into joyful presence, where you feel all of the richness and aliveness of this moment. You’ll also learn the value of nurturing your spiritual practice now, which will benefit your sacred partnership in the future.

We’ll conclude with a short practice to get you higher guidance on your next steps for fulfilling your purpose and living out your soul desires.

Signs & Intuitive Guidance
Today’s session combines the allure of the mystical with the practicality of your gut knowing. When you’re in a peaceful place of surrender, you are deeply receptive to the divine guidance that is always being broadcast to you. You’ll learn how to activate your body wisdom, and welcome wisdom from signs in nature and messages in your nighttime dreams. By accessing spiritual guidance regularly, your path to love will become more intuitive and much clearer.

Inspired Action
Now that you’ve opened the floodgates for guidance to come to you, you’re ready to notice all of the golden opportunities for love connections that the Universe puts in your path. You’re also motivated to act on those opportunities, when they feel right. Inspired action is the middle way between “compulsive action” and “no action at all,” and you’ll learn how to strike that balance from a flexible place of surrender.

Embracing Equanimity
In this session, you’ll learn how to welcome equanimity into your life. Equanimity means living on an even keel, without being pulled to emotional extremes by life events and circumstances. This is essential for dating, where there can be a lot of “high highs” and “low lows.” We will close with a guided equanimity practice for dating, where you will imagine yourself riding the waves, staying balanced, and feeling held and supported through all the fluctuations that dating can bring.

Surrendering To Divine Timing
Today, you’ll learn about divine timing, which is the idea that a larger wisdom knows the perfect timing for love to enter your life. If you have a desire for sacred partnership, you can trust that it is there on your lifeline. You don’t need to know the exact timing. You’ll also learn that age is never a barrier to love, and do a guided practice for trusting divine timing as you continue on your beautiful journey to love.
