Attract in Sacred Love,

Part One,

Clearing Out.

This guided visualization is all about your worthiness for sacred love,

Which is a healing partnership with someone who gets you at the soul level,

Your Divine Match,

Your soulmate.

We're going to be uncovering any false stories lingering in your psyche about your prospects for sacred love.

We'll be working with the emotional energy underneath and giving it all the love and the compassion that it needs in order to transmute.

That's how we clear ourselves out and get ourselves deeply ready for the love that is coming to us.

Let's start by getting very grounded.

Gently place your feet on the floor,

Closing your eyes and sinking deeply into this present moment.

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Anchoring you to the earth below.

And allowing that earth energy to travel up through the soles of your feet,

Through your legs,

Your torso,

Your arms,

Flowing up through your back,

Your spine,

Flowing up your neck and into your head,

So that your whole body is resonating with warm,

Nurturing earth energy,

Feeling it vibrate in every cell of your being.

Bringing a gentle focus to your breath.

Noticing the inhale and the exhale.

Allowing the breath to keep you centered and anchored in this moment.

Now bring your attention to your heart space,

The center of your chest.

Really feeling the energy warming up there as you place your attention there.

Perhaps picturing a soft yellow light and just feeling your heart space come alive.

Sinking deeply into that area in a gesture of self-love and self-acceptance.

And now I invite you to be very tender and gentle with yourself.

And just notice what comes up as I speak these words.

That you are deeply worthy of sacred love.

That you are worthy of being with your soulmate.

And you love deeply who adores you right back.

Just noticing what's coming up for you as you hear those words.

Oftentimes the mind will chime in with a different story.

Like that's not true for you.

It may be true for other people,

But it's not for you.

Or perhaps a story like you're left out of love.

You don't get love.

You're not enough.

You're too much.

You're too difficult.

You're overwhelming.

Simply that love is not for you.

That it's always passing you by.

So if there's any negative story about love and especially your prospects for love,

Go ahead and name that story right now.

The thing about that story is that it's not true.

That it's not you.

Most likely this is a very old story.

Something that's been with you since you were very young.

And it's not even your fault.

And the beautiful news is that this story may be showing itself to you right now because it is asking to be healed.

And you can only heal something that you can see.

So if it feels good to you,

Go ahead and thank that story for showing itself to you right now.

And next we're going to get underneath that story and get in relationship with the emotional energy that's hovering below it.

So just letting that story,

That narrative now just float out of your mind,

Noticing what emotion is underneath.

Perhaps it is a deep sadness or anger,

Resistance,

Anxiety or nervousness.

Whatever that emotion is,

That's okay because it also is asking for your attention.

It's asking to be healed.

Once you have named that emotion,

See if you can notice where it lives in your body.

And you can tell this by noticing any discomfort you may be feeling in your body.

Maybe some tightness in your chest or your neck or your belly.

Wherever you're noticing it,

Go ahead and place your hand there,

A hand of compassion.

And we're simply going to start breathing deeply into that emotion,

Using the breath to connect to that emotion and where it lives in your body.

Breathing deeply into that part of your body and allowing that emotion to be here fully.

That sadness,

That anger,

That doubt.

Putting that emotion in,

Trusting that when we get in touch with that emotional energy,

It always becomes less scary.

And we find that maybe it is even here to show us something.

Just keep breathing deeply into that emotion,

Into that part of your body that is holding the emotion.

Feeling a steady inner gaze on that emotional energy.

Feeling your hand of compassion on your body reminding yourself that this is you taking care of yourself and welcoming that emotion in with your whole being.

You might imagine it like a cloud of smoke that you step right in the middle of.

As you continue to breathe deeply into that emotion.

Breathing deeper and deeper with it,

With every breath.

Now,

If you notice that that emotion is shifting into something else,

That's okay.

Feeling that emotion in as well.

Perhaps anger is giving way to sadness or nervousness is transforming into doubt.

Just welcoming whatever is here,

Nourishing that emotion with your breath and your compassion.

No matter what.

At this point you may be noticing that that emotional energy is beginning to lighten.

You may feel brighter,

Clearer and lighter inside.

And if that isn't happening right now,

That's okay.

Sometimes our emotions just need a little bit more time.

Just making a commitment that you will be with this emotion for as long as it takes for it to feel safe.

And when you feel that energy starting to lighten up,

It's a signal that the energy is now ready to be transmuted.

You might picture it like smoke billowing up through a chimney and filtering out gently through the crown of your head.

Just watching as that emotional energy transmutes itself and lightly billows out through the crown of your head.

Filling space inside your body and your psyche now for a new story about love.

This is called refilling the container.

So we're going to refill your container now with this story about love that is true.

That you are deeply worthy of the love that you are longing for.

That there is no one on this planet who is more worthy of love than you.

And that there is someone out there who is an exact,

Sacred compliment to you.

And you know what?

This person is looking for you too.

You are the one person who can light up their life and they will light up yours.

So I invite you now to call to mind and bring into your heart everything you are longing for with love.

The sky's the limit.

Whatever you are seeking,

Whatever you are desiring.

And get in touch with that person's energy now.

Because you already know that person at the soul level.

This person is deeply familiar to you.

So go ahead and invite that person into your heart space now.

And when they are fully there,

Just using your gentle inner voice,

Go ahead and speak any message you might have for this person.

Such as,

I'm clear now.

I'm ready for you.

Just speaking that message from your heart to your sacred partner.

And then go ahead and listen and see if there's a message coming back to you now.

And if nothing's coming up,

That's okay.

You have asked for a message and it could come to you at any time.

Trusting that you will have all of the guidance that you need at the perfect moment in time for you to come together with your sacred partner.

So now letting the energy of that person go from your heart space.

Settling back deeply into your breath.

Resting fully in your body.

You might want to set an intention now to practice this guided meditation on worthiness as often as you like until you feel purified of all thoughts and stories of unworthiness for love and your natural divine light of love shines through you.

At that time,

You may wish to move on to the next guided meditation,

Attracting in Sacred Love,

Part Two,

Getting Clear.

So now just taking one or two more deep breaths.

Maybe shaking out your body,

Getting ready to come back to the room.

Opening your eyes.

May you walk in your worthiness today and may your heart be fully open to the sacred love that you so deeply desire and so deeply deserve.
