Lezione 1
Calming Bee Breath
I will go through the key facts regarding this breath-work practice. I will discuss how it can reduce stress levels and anxiety, before I guide you through the basic bumble bee breath.
Lezione 2
Focus On Each Breath
In this lesson we will build on the basic humming, introducing techniques that will deepen the practice. You will feel more vibration, using lower or higher tones, and become familiar with this deeper excercise of the bumble bee breath.
Lezione 3
Energy Activation
During this lesson we will go deeper into the bumble bee breath and experiment with different breath movements, and notice how this affects the vibration we feel. Calm and soothe your body and release anxiety.
