In this first lesson, we will learn the purest form of meditation; contemplating only our breath in a state of full presence. This is the base of meditation.

Stress and Anxiety Release
In this session, we will discover how to release low-frequency vibrations such as stress and anxiety through profound respiration and visualization.
Lezione 5
Thoughts Contemplation
In this fifth module, we will learn how to quiet down our minds by observing our overthinking patterns and prolonging the gaps between thoughts, reaching for the silence present there.
Lezione 6
Integrating Each One of our Senses
The sixth session is reserved for enhancing our senses by connecting more to our tridimensional primary senses.
Lezione 7
Cleansing
In this module, we will learn meditation techniques for cleansing our physical and energetic bodies through visualization and intention.
Lezione 8
Charging
In this session, we will use white light to charge ourselves with high-frequencies emotions such as self-love, gratitude, and compassion.
Lezione 9
Subtle Bodies Awareness
In the ninth lesson, we will acknowledge the existence of the subtle bodies present around our physical ones and try to integrate them into our everyday life consciously.
Lezione 10
Balancing the Energetic Centers
Throughout our last session, we will become conscious of the energy present in each one of the seven chakras existing within and balance them through light visualization practice and pure intention.
