This astral projection guide will help you with techniques for astral projection and out-of-body experience. This guided meditation for astral projection will aid you in the astral realm. Beginner or experienced traveler, this meditation is for everyone. I advise to use this for 30 days, there is no guarantee that this will help you into the zone the first time listening to it. I hope you enjoy it.

Hello and welcome.
I am here to guide you on an astral projection experience.
Having an out of body experience is life changing.
You are able to explore another realm.
It is not fully known what an out of body experience truly is,
But it is well documented for thousands of years by so many people.
It is real and it is something that everyone can do.
Remember that being good at anything takes practice.
Just like going to the gym for the first time,
It is harder to lift the heavy weights.
But as you go,
Little by little,
You become stronger.
The same is true for astral projection,
So don't be discouraged if you don't project on the first try.
You need to learn the techniques.
Please make sure you will not be distracted for the next several hours.
This is very important because once you are distracted,
You can be pulled out of the astral projection experience altogether.
Find a place that's quiet and safe.
Somewhere you enjoy resting.
It is also advised that no pets are in the room with you,
Even though we love them very much.
If they make a noise or movement,
It can pull you out of the experience.
Make the temperature in the room just how you like it.
Lay your head upon your favorite pillow and cover yourself with a blanket if you'd like.
It is best to lay on your back.
Don't worry if you fall asleep the first time.
This session can be very relaxing.
Your body will wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
In order to astral project,
It is important we first relax.
So make any last adjustments to your body,
Getting into the most comfortable position you can.
Take a few deep breaths just to center yourself.
Imagine that each breath lets you relax more and more.
On your next exhale,
Make a nice gentle humming sound.
Let go of control of your breath.
Let it flow exactly how it needs to.
And feel your body slowing down as each moment passes by.
You have an innate ability to feel your own energy.
It is something everyone can do,
But most of us haven't even tried.
So if you haven't already,
Close your eyes and notice the darkness behind your eyelids.
And even though your eyes are closed,
You can still imagine what the room around you looks like.
Notice as you can imagine the door you came through.
Allow your memories and thoughts to come rising into the mind and leaving,
Coming and going.
Your mind is like a doorway and things simply pass through.
Most of the time,
The doorway is open.
Sometimes if we close the door,
We become trapped in our thoughts and they keep coming up the same ones over and over.
Let's imagine we open the door to the mind,
Letting things come through and be on their way.
And when the doorway is open,
We can let our energy flow.
If your energy could be a color,
What would you choose?
Whatever comes to mind,
Go with it.
And see this color spilling through your doorway that is wide open.
You can feel it starting in the fingertips.
This beautiful color brings a nice sensation along with it.
Whatever you feel or don't feel is perfectly fine.
Just notice your fingertips and imagine they are being filled with that beautiful color.
This is your energy field.
You can feel it in your entire hands now,
The backs of your hands,
The palms.
It is quite comforting to feel your own energy.
Notice how it is in your wrists now,
Nice and relaxed.
You can feel your forearms being filled with this beautiful color.
This energy unwinds any tension.
This energy does not judge or question,
It just is.
And it makes you feel so good.
Feel it traveling over your elbows and up into your upper arms.
If you can see it with your mind's eye,
Make it even more vivid.
Add a texture to this color.
It may be silky,
It may be smoky,
It may be more like a liquid.
It may feel like air.
It may even have its own source of light.
What does your energy look like?
By now you know what it feels like.
Let that feeling expand and grow into your shoulders and the torso.
Your entire back and mid-body are filled with this beautiful energy.
And your hips and pelvis are surrounded by its beauty.
It fills your entire legs,
Taking away any tension.
You notice that same tingling sensation in your toes that you had in your fingers.
Your energy travels all the way up the neck,
Into the entire head.
Feel your whole body at once.
This may feel at first a little challenging,
But remember,
This is practice.
Each time you imagine your energy and experience it,
You get to know it better.
And feeling your energy is the first step in astral projection.
If your mind wanders,
Do something other than witnessing your own energy.
Bring it back,
Remember the color and the texture.
Feel the sensations.
Brushing through your body,
Making you feel so relaxed and at ease.
You know,
Right now,
Nothing will disturb you.
You can trust in my words.
They are deeply comforting and want only the best for you.
Relax.
Let go even more.
When you're like a leaf,
It is green in the summer and it holds onto the tree.
And then the fall comes and the leaf becomes a beautiful bronze.
It begins to sway in the wind and one day it lets go of the branch.
The wind carries it on its flight down to the earth.
Feel yourself drifting down,
Letting go of the branch of life.
When you hit the ground,
It is soft.
It is your new home.
There you rest as you dissipate even further as the winter passes by.
Feel yourself melting into the ground.
And as you melt,
You become one with the earth.
It is a wonderful feeling to let go.
Imagine now a rain falls on the earth and it is washing away all of your concerns,
All of your worries.
Through all of your life,
You can just let them go now.
It's okay.
The rain is warm,
Melting the nutrients of the decomposing leaves back to the roots of the trees.
Notice your energy again,
This time from an outside perspective.
Imagine you are standing a few feet away and looking at yourself.
You see yourself surrounded by that beautiful energy field.
It is extending beyond your body,
Soaking you in relaxation.
Notice how the expression on your face is so relaxed.
Your eyes are gently closed.
Your body is still and you can see your chest rising and falling with that automatic breath.
It's so nice to see yourself so relaxed.
You deserve it.
You can see how you have no cares in the world right now.
You put them aside for the time being.
From this outside perspective,
Notice the room around you.
Notice you know what time of day it is.
Looking back down at yourself now.
See how you are resting.
Perhaps now,
We will imagine a new technique.
Imagine that above you,
On the ceiling right above your body,
Is a nice sturdy rope that's the perfect size for wrapping your hand around.
It is going straight through the ceiling.
It is hanging down just in front of your chest.
Notice what color the rope is.
You wonder where it goes.
Your body is so relaxed now,
But your astral body is ready to explore.
With your astral hand,
Reach up and grab the astral rope.
Imagine that the other hand comes up too and grabs a little higher.
What does the rope feel like in your hand?
Now very slowly and gently,
Begin to pull yourself up and out of your body.
You feel a lightness as you lift yourself higher and higher.
Continue climbing the rope until you are high upon the ceiling.
You may be having an out of body experience right now.
You may not be.
Either way,
You are very relaxed.
Your body is resting.
We will now explore another technique.
Become aware of your body now,
In particular your feet.
And imagine with your creative mind that your feet are stretching out very long and very wide.
It's kind of silly and it's also kind of fun.
Now they go back to their original position with a spring.
And now imagine your arms stretching out like they are made of rubber.
Feel as if your arms are really long,
Stretching out.
And they shrink back quickly into their original size.
Now imagine your legs stretching out.
They are stretching very long and far.
Let your imagination be like a child's.
Your legs snap back into their original position.
Now this one may feel very silly,
But just go with it.
Feel your head stretching up and your forehead stretching out.
Feel as if your head is really big,
Stretched out.
It is an interesting sensation to imagine.
You are simply playing with your consciousness.
And your head snaps back into its original size.
Going back to the feet again,
Imagine that they stretch out really long and really wide.
Back to their original size.
And now the legs,
They stretch out far.
And back.
Now your arms.
And your hands are stretching out really wide.
And then going back to their original size.
And your arms stretch out too,
Long and far.
And then shrinking back.
And now your forehead is growing and your head is too,
Really big.
And slowly deflating back down to the size and shape you are most familiar with.
Now imagine your entire body stretching out in all directions.
Growing and expanding.
You feel yourself far bigger than you usually are.
And as soon as you feel big enough,
Shrinking back down slowly and gently to your original size.
And you become aware of the wonderful surface supporting you.
And how enjoyable this moment is.
All is well.
You are safe.
You are having a mini vacation.
Your body is resting and rejuvenating.
Your cells are reorganizing.
All of your systems are enjoying this little break.
And though you are very relaxed,
Your entire body is hard at work.
Running perfectly.
Doing everything automatically.
You don't have to do a thing.
Your body is your vessel.
And you are the observer and the one who is in control of your body.
Witness how your body is doing everything automatically.
Right now,
You told it to rest.
So it is.
And tomorrow and the following days,
You will tell your body to do other things and it will do it for you.
So right now,
We want our body to relax and take our mind on a vacation.
Don't worry about leaving your body behind.
It is just waiting for you to return whenever you want to.
It will be automatically breathing and automatically rejuvenating.
And they say there is a special energetic cord.
It's unbreakable and it's attached from your body to your spirit,
Consciousness,
Whatever you want to call the observer that is going on an astral journey.
Imagine now you are at the most beautiful beach you have ever seen.
The water is a sapphire blue far in the distance and the color changes to a see-through turquoise as the ocean gets shallow.
You may be walking through the sand and noticing how it is so soft and warm under your feet.
Every step you take makes you feel even more comfortable.
Every step you take is removing any doubt,
Any fear.
And you notice a hammock tied between two palm trees.
This is your hammock.
Make your way over to it.
The shade under the palm trees is the perfect temperature for taking a rest.
You are swinging in the hammock now,
Gently back and forth in the breeze.
Your mind is on vacation.
Your body is rejuvenating.
The two are connected by an unbreakable silver cord.
And when you rise from the hammock,
You will notice that you can be anywhere you wish to be.
You see that you are no longer at the beach.
Where are you?
Explore your surroundings.
Notice the colors and the things around.
Do you see any people?
Enjoy exploring the astral realm.
And you feel your cord securely connected to your resting body.
When you are away from your body,
It takes this opportunity to heal and mend.
Deep relaxation has all kinds of benefits.
You are experiencing them right now.
Perhaps you can feel your body sinking heavy,
Down,
Pulling down.
Notice a gentle heaviness,
One that is very soothing.
Or perhaps you enjoy the feeling of lightness,
As if you are floating.
Maybe you are still resting in your bed,
And your awareness is there.
Let's practice another technique now.
Without moving your physical body,
Pretend like you are rolling over.
Whatever way is comfortable to roll over,
Just imagine that you are rolling over to your side.
Over and over.
Don't move your physical body,
Just imagine that you are rolling over.
Continue to imagine rolling over.
You may feel a gentle,
Detaching sensation.
This is what you want to feel.
People have reported many different sensations and experiences when they astral project,
Such as sounds like bells or birds,
Or even a louder sound.
Others feel vibrations very strongly in the body.
Some feel like they are dropping down towards the earth.
Others feel like they are rising up above their body.
You will find the right way for you,
And you will experience the right signals that you are about to astral project.
And also know that the feeling of fear is totally normal.
You are going into the unknown,
And that feeling of fear quickly disappears.
So if you feel a little scared,
Or even really scared,
It is totally normal.
It is part of the process.
Let it pass by.
Let that fear walk through the doorway of the mind.
Open the doorway and let the fear go through.
It does not want to be trapped within you.
Set that fear free.
And know that when you are astral projecting,
It is completely up to you when you return to your body.
There is nothing more powerful than you in the astral realm.
You are completely in charge.
You can go and do what you want to do.
And with this great knowledge and ability,
You use it for good.
You use astral projection as a source of self-discovery.
So now,
See your body laying there on the bed,
Once again,
Very relaxed.
You are only a few feet away,
But let's walk away a little further.
Feel your feet stepping on the floor as you move away from your body.
Witness your perspective changing.
You see yourself laying in the bed,
Very relaxed,
From different points of view as you move away.
You feel at ease leaving your body so that you can explore.
It is waiting for you,
Cozy in the bed.
Witness yourself walking away through the doorway where you can no longer see yourself resting.
Making your way through your house or wherever you are.
Opening doors,
Passing through them just as you normally do.
Now go on outside and explore your surroundings.
Alom.
Com The desire to astral project is very strong within you,
So you practice these techniques either by listening to this session many times or just using your own creative mind.
It takes repetition to become a master.
It is suggested to not skip a day of practicing astral projection,
So do your own research and find out which techniques work best for you.
We will close out this session by feeling your energy field again,
Seeing that beautiful color.
This is your protection.
It is always there with you.
You may allow yourself to drift off into sleep now or continue your astral journey.
Either way,

Wonderful guided meditation! I will certainly return to this in the future. I wonder if you have any meditations that donβt include sad music, i.e., in a minor key? That was the only small distraction from this otherwise wonderful meditation π
