Welcome to this guided sleep meditation where you will go deep into relaxation through the hypnagogic state and into the astral realm.
Settle your body into a comfortable position.
You can be in a reclined position or laying down.
Let your eyes slowly close.
Take a very good deep breath and let the breath fill your lungs and then let it out slowly.
Now take another good deep breath filling your lungs with this wonderful oxygen and slowly let it out.
Already you can feel your body beginning to relax.
Allow the warm relaxing feeling run through your scalp.
Feeling all the muscles in your forehead and temples to let go and relax.
Let this calm feeling travel into all the muscles around your eyes,
Relaxing them.
Feeling really good to let go.
Giving yourself this time to fully and completely relax.
This warm and calm relaxing energy now travels to your nose and cheeks,
Relaxing all the muscles of your face.
Let your jaw relax and let go.
Feeling light and peaceful.
Such a wonderful and comfortable feeling.
And with every exhale you just keep relaxing more and more.
Now let this wonderful relaxing energy flow up all the large and small muscles of your neck.
Releasing all tension and allowing your muscles to let go and relax.
Feeling this energy enter your shoulders like an energetic massage.
Letting go of all tension,
Feeling so good.
This relaxing feeling flows down your back into all the large and small muscles.
Let all the back muscles go loose and limp,
Just like a rag doll.
This warm feeling now enters your chest and upper arms,
Relaxing all the muscles of your arms all the way to your elbows,
Wrists,
Hands,
Until the tips of your fingers.
This wonderful energy moves into your abdomen,
Relaxing all the muscles and releasing all the tension stored from the weak.
It is time to let go and allow.
And as the warm feeling enters your hips and buttocks,
You feel deeply relaxed.
The relaxing energy now travels down to your thighs,
Knees,
Calves and shins,
Ankles and feet,
All the way to the tips of your toes.
Your upper body and lower body are now completely relaxed.
You are feeling so light and so comfortable.
In fact,
Your body is falling peacefully into sleep and your mind is about to reach the hypnagogic state.
This is the state between sleep and awake.
I am going to count from 5 to 1 and when I reach 1,
You will have entered the hypnagogic realm.

I would like you to look into the darkness of your closed eyelids and try to find the depth within the darkness.
Notice that there are shapes and colors forming all around.
It might be very subtle at first,
But just let go and allow your gaze to travel through all the visuals ahead of you.

Enjoying all the different colors,
Shapes,
Or wormholes as they form,
Shift and dance around your vision.

Your mind stays focused and awake.
At this moment,
You can set your intention for an astral projection from this hypnagogic realm.
Visualize an energy tunnel or wormhole forming in front of you,
And you are floating through it.
You can feel it.
Your body has a golden glow.
When you keep moving through this beautiful energy tunnel,
You can feel a warm breeze touching your cheek and moving through your hair as you make your way to the end of the tunnel.
I am going to count from 3 to 1,
And when I reach 1,
You will have come out the other side and into the astral realm.

And you are now in your astral body.
Make your time feeling this energy.
You find yourself at the top of a mountain overlooking a beautiful city with a golden hue all around.
You can feel this city is of a very high vibration.
This is a city in the astral plane.
The sky is absolutely breathtaking,
And the clouds are creating amazing shapes.
It is the perfect combination of nature and city all around.
You feel so relaxed and at peace in this experience.
It is prayer time.

You suddenly and pleasantly feel the presence of a divine being of light.
It is your spirit guide that has come to cleanse your energy body so that you can have an amazing astral experience.
You feel at peace and happy in the presence of your guide.
You know that this being has your best and highest interest at heart,
And you allow the being to guide you into a sitting position on a comfortable patch of grass.
You close your eyes in meditation and allow the being to clear and cleanse your energy field.
In Your consciousness feels like it is expanding and you feel so grounded to nature.
And at the same time connected to the universal source.
You sense the being has finished the cleansing process.
And you open your eyes once again to the breathtaking view.
You turn around but the being is nowhere to be found.
But you can feel the warmth of their presence and you stand up and begin to rise.
As you elevate from the ground you feel so light,
As light as a feather.
You begin to slowly soar over the golden city.
You allow the astral energy to guide you.
And you let go completely.
Letting the astral winds lift you higher into the sky.
And you keep floating in total ease and comfort and let it take you where it may and just enjoy the journey.
You are free to do whatever you want in this realm.

And as you fall into a deep sleep I will now say a few affirmations to accompany wherever the astral winds take you and these will seep into your subconscious mind for future travels in this wonderful astral world.
