Welcome to this lucid dreaming training session.

Lucid dreaming is a sought after experience and with a little practice and dedication,

It will come naturally to you.

In this session,

We will start out with a few tips and techniques to practice during the day.

I will guide you into relaxation as I give you tips on what to practice throughout your daily life to enhance your abilities to lucid dream.

Then you will become even more relaxed as I guide you into a simple sleep session.

You will have the opportunity to practice these tips and techniques as you relax and drift off into a deep sleep.

So please ensure that you will not be disturbed for the duration of this session.

It is very important that your mind knows there are no distractions.

This is how you can fully let go and immerse yourself in a lucid dream.

So find a very comfortable position,

Preferably in your bed or somewhere you like to take a long nap.

Cover yourself with a warm blanket or a soft sheet.

Rest your head upon a supportive pillow and take in a long and slow deep breath.

And when you exhale,

Breathe out even slower.

Breathe in again.

Feel your body relaxing as you slowly breathe out.

So you may have closed your eyes already,

Open them and look around at your surroundings.

Take note that this is reality,

Not the dream world.

Notice the familiar colors and shapes around you.

Notice how the objects in the room are acting accordingly to physics.

Seemingly solid objects,

Dense or light.

What you are doing here is noting reality in waking life.

This is how you start to gain a perspective of when you are in a dream,

Because objects will not act according to physics within a dream.

So the more you familiarize yourself with how things are in wakeful life,

The more you will be able to access a lucid dream.

So again,

Look around your room as you relax in your bed and see how the walls are solid,

Just as the ceiling and the floor.

You know where the doors and windows are.

Objects are still and they do not move about the room on their own.

Now we are going to do some breathing along with counting.

Plus we will blink our eyes with each number.

I will guide you so just follow along with ease.

You are going to blink your eyes on every exhale and open them up as you inhale.

And we will count each breath and each blink from 10 down to 1.

So let's begin.

Breathe in deeply,

Open your eyes and breathe out comfortably and close your eyes.

10 Breathe in deeply again,

Feeling your body expand with air.

And breathe out,

9.

Inhale,

Open your eyes.

And exhale,

Closing the eyes easily.

8.

Every time you do this,

You are becoming more and more relaxed.

Breathe in deeply,

Open the eyes.

And exhale,

7.

Letting go of your daily worries as you breathe in,

Open the eyes.

And breathe out,

Closing your eyes,

Relaxing.

6.

Inhale,

Open the eyes.

Exhale,

Close the eyes.

5.

This is all very relaxing.

Just go with the flow of the motions and the breathing.

Breathe in,

Open.

Breathing out,

Close.

4.

Breathe in very deeply as you open your eyes wide.

Exhale and let your eyes slowly close.

3.

Relaxed,

Comfortable.

Inhale as you open your eyes.

Your eyes are getting very tired now.

And close them.

2.

Feeling so comfortable.

Breathe in,

Open the eyes.

And when you exhale,

Close your eyes and keep them that way.

1.

You are preparing to experience lucid dreams.

They are a wonderful opportunity to control reality and learn more about you.

Perhaps you want to fly around and enjoy the feeling of flight.

Or maybe you want to work through a certain situation to see the easiest way to do it.

Maybe you want to walk through walls.

Lucid dreaming is simply being aware that you are dreaming.

Notice your position and how your body is situated.

Lengthen your spine and relax your shoulders down.

Feel yourself snuggling into your covers even more.

Relax.

Let me tell you a few tips and tricks as you relax here in your bed to practice in your wakeful life to enhance your abilities to lucid dream.

Throughout your day,

Simply say to yourself,

I have a lucid dream tonight.

And repeat this statement over and over throughout your day.

I have a lucid dream tonight.

And when you say this,

Speak with confidence as if it's your reality now.

I have a lucid dream tonight.

And when you walk around in your physical reality,

Notice how things feel in your hand.

Solid objects like doorknobs,

Faucets,

The steering wheel of your car.

Tune in to exactly how these things feel.

Their temperature,

The hardness or softness,

The texture.

Being able to identify how things feel in wakeful life will help you notice when you are dreaming.

For things feel differently within a dream.

As you go about your day,

Notice how the floor feels beneath your feet.

And how it changes on different surfaces you pass across.

Pay close attention to the softness of carpet compared to a gravel road.

Tune in to how your footsteps sound on the different surfaces.

Understanding these details of your wakeful life.

And continue to say to yourself throughout wakeful life,

I easily lucid dream tonight.

I easily have a lucid dream.

This is sending signals to your subconscious mind that lucid dreaming comes naturally for you.

Wonder what it would be like to control your mind and create your own dreams.

If you have a burning desire to do this,

It will come naturally for you after a little practice.

Another thing to ask yourself throughout waking life is to commonly check in and say,

Is this a dream?

Am I dreaming right now?

At any point throughout your day,

Ask yourself,

Am I dreaming?

Is this a dream?

When you train yourself to ask if you are dreaming,

You may ask it in a lucid dream and then realize that you are dreaming.

So along with building your confidence by saying,

Tonight I have a lucid dream,

You will also ask,

Am I dreaming with authenticity,

Really wondering if you are dreaming in this moment?

And though it may seem a little silly to ask while you are awake if you are dreaming,

This is how to practice figuring out when you are dreaming and realizing it in that moment.

Thus waking up within the dream,

Having control over it.

Am I dreaming?

Tonight,

I lucid dream effortlessly.

Notice your body resting in the bed.

Feel your arms hanging heavy by your sides.

Notice your legs also resting heavy.

They have nowhere to take you and they are enjoying being still.

Notice your toes,

Are they warm or cool?

Just observe the sensations of the body that I call you to notice.

Without wanting to change anything,

You are just a witness.

Notice your upper back,

Pressing down on the surface below.

Notice how your body is positioned in your bed.

Bring awareness to your hips,

Buttocks,

Pelvis and notice how it's resting so easily in your bed.

Let any tension melt away from your face.

Your forehead just melts away,

Taking away any of your stress or concerns.

Being relaxed with every moment that passes by.

You know that you have control over your feelings throughout the day and the things you do,

The places you go.

You have control over your choices,

What you choose to eat,

When you choose to exercise and when you choose to rest.

So you have the choice to also control your dreams so that you can learn more about you.

Notice your neck now and feel how it has nothing to do but rest.

Feel yourself resting.

Notice how you are very comfortable in your bed.

Experience the sense of observing.

Observe your body as a whole.

Feel the places that are warm and the places that are cooler,

Perhaps exposed to the air.

One of the best ways to enhance your lucid dreaming abilities is to keep a dream journal and write down your dream every morning.

You can write down one dream or many dreams you remember.

Writing down your dreams helps for dream recall.

You will start learning more about how your dreams work.

And please remember to write down your dreams as soon as you wake up,

Because dreams have a tendency to melt away and vanish as the day goes on and you might forget them.

So designate a journal or notebook to writing down your dreams,

Pen to paper,

Every morning when you rise.

You can write down every detail you remember or just a gist of the dream.

But it is important to write down your dreams every day and make a daily habit of it.

This is how you get closer to controlling your dreams.

So remember,

Write down your dreams every day.

Notice now how relaxed your breathing is,

The rhythm and the pattern of the breath as it slowly goes in and out through the nose.

And imagine you can feel the sensation of floating.

What does it feel like to imagine you are floating?

A little lightness comes over your body,

Starting maybe in your hips first or legs.

Or perhaps your arms feel like they're floating.

Focus on the part of your body that feels most light.

Enjoy the feeling of lightness.

You are the observer and it is the observer who travels into the dream realm.

It is not your physical body,

Your physical body just rests and recuperates as you sleep.

The observer however travels into the dream.

So let's take our ability to observe and just imagine that you are floating above your body now.

And with your imagination,

Witness you can see yourself from an outside perspective sleeping nicely in the bed.

You are comfortable and relaxed as you look down upon yourself.

Your eyes are easily closed and you can see your eyeballs moving around beneath the eyelids.

This indicates REM,

Rapid eye movement,

Which means you are dreaming.

And rapid eye movement is completely natural.

It happens to everyone.

It is when we are deeply asleep.

Notice your breathing if you can.

What is the pattern like?

Feel a sense of deep comfort.

You are so secure right now.

You have removed any distractions.

You have no expectations.

No needs.

Nobody needs you right now.

And this is all very relaxing.

It means you can fully let go into this moment.

Accept this moment of complete calm as part of your life.

What you deserve to experience.

And ask yourself again.

Am I dreaming?

Is this a dream?

Say to yourself now,

I have a lucid dream tonight.

I have a lucid dream tonight.

You are doing so well.

Breathing slowly and calmly as you drift and float.

Rest in this stillness of this moment.

And allow for stillness to cradle you in comfort.

And any leftover tension that may be present in your body melts away as every moment passes by.

You are letting go of anything you experienced today,

Yesterday,

Or long ago.

Memories seem to come into your mind and leave just as easily.

Your past is in the past.

It is time to experience the present moment of a lucid dream.

And any plans for the future are also forgotten during this time.

For that is your future.

It will come when it comes.

But for now,

You are focused on having a lucid dream where anything is possible.

Your imagination is in full power when you lucid dream.

You can literally do anything you want.

What an amazing ability that we all have as humans.

Notice how comfortable you are in your bed.

And any tension in your body is represented by a dark dust.

And you see this dust anywhere in your body that needs to relax.

And imagine a beautiful breeze begins to blow through your body from head to toe,

Blowing down and blowing away any dust that is making you feel tense.

Because the more you relax,

The closer you get to a lucid dream.

Feel this beautiful breeze flowing down your head,

Removing any dust within the mind.

Feel the dust being removed from your forehead where you carried your worries.

Watch it blowing away from all nooks and crannies within the body.

All of this darkness represents your past that you need to let go of.

Feel the breeze blowing through your eyes and nose,

Cleaning out your mouth and jaw.

It is a fresh breeze filled with comfort and compassion.

Feel the breeze blow through your ears,

Removing any tension that may be left behind.

You deserve to lucid dream just as you deserve to relax.

Feel the breeze blowing down the neck,

Blowing away all of your tension.

The breeze travels into your shoulders,

The place where we commonly hold our emotional burdens.

Your emotional burden is also represented by a dust or a darkness.

So see this darkness being blown away by a soft and gentle breeze.

You are being emotionally cleansed from the burdens you have carried in your life,

Letting them go for good.

Allow them to flow away in the breeze.

Breathe in and see this beautiful breeze carrying away all of your emotional discomfort.

Allow it to go now.

It is time to release your burdens.

The breeze travels down your arms,

Into the hands and out the fingertips,

Taking away any tension in the wrists,

Hands and fingers.

The dust may be removed quickly or very slowly.

Whatever the process is for you,

Accept it and feel how good it feels to cleanse the body with this breeze.

Allow the breeze to travel into your lungs,

Surrounding your heart,

Blowing away any heart ache you have experienced in your life.

You intend to lucid dream,

So it is important you cleanse away any broken heartedness you have experienced.

Your heart needs to be open to allow for the process of lucid dreaming.

So feel that breeze going through every part of your heart,

Cleansing it in all ways.

Your heart opens and expands because it is ready to.

See the tension and heartache drift away from you,

Far into the distance,

Until you can no longer see it,

Knowing this heartache will never return.

It is gone forever.

Feel the breeze blowing down into the ribs,

Going through all of your vital organs,

Cleansing your organs of all that you need to let go of.

The wind blows through all of your back.

It is so beautiful,

Comforting,

Cleansing.

The wind washes away all of the tension around the spine.

Feel the breeze travel into the pelvis,

Washing away any troubles you've had here,

Removing any tension,

Old memories you need to let go of in the pelvis.

Allow for them to be cleansed by the beautiful breeze.

Feel the air travel into the legs,

Removing any tension you hold in the thighs.

Feel the wind cleanse your hamstrings.

Down to the knees it swirls around,

Taking away any tension in the knees,

Cleansing away any darkness you've held in your legs,

Down the calves and shins.

The breeze is blowing away all that you need to let go of,

And you allow it to happen because you are ready to have control over your dreams,

Because you are the creator,

You are the Imagineer,

And so removing anything that has held you back is very important.

You feel the breeze swiftly moving through your entire body from head.

You are cleansed as your ankles are blowing through,

Removing any tension there,

All the way into the feet and toes.

You can feel your entire body has been cleansed and so the breeze can flow even quicker.

Flowing through the body,

It almost makes a whistling sound.

Different parts of your body make different tones,

All joining together in a symphony of beautiful sounds of clarity.

Take a moment and hear the orchestra of your body whistling through the breeze,

And sink down even further into relaxation,

Knowing that you write down your dreams every day in a journal or notebook,

Pen to paper.

You can feel the texture of the pen in your hand and its weight.

You can open your journal and feel the pages.

Throughout your day you often ask,

Am I dreaming right now?

You say,

Throughout your day with confidence,

Tonight I have a lucid dream.

You feel the textures of the things in your world when you are awake,

So that you can start to notice the differences of how they are in the dream world.

Dreams are about having experiences.

And these experiences we can use for our greater good,

Or just to enjoy yourself.

So let's create our dreams now by drifting off into a deep sleep as I guide you,

With confidence that you will notice when you are dreaming,

Getting better and better at it every day you practice.
