Reconnecting To The Joy Within
Through a guided visualization meditation, we’ll reconnect to the joy already inside us. We’ll tap into small everyday joys, remembered joy, and our ability to conjure joy right here, right now.
Lezione 2
Attuning To Joys Around Us
Through joyful journaling—as simple as writing down three joys from each day—we'll start to attune more to the small, everyday joys around us and patterns about what brings us joy.
Lezione 3
Making A Commitment To Joy
Through further journaling, we'll explore past, present and possible joys and create a list of joyful “dates” of various durations that fit into our busy days and spark joy.
Lezione 4
Embodying Joy
Through two joyful movement practices, we'll explore helping our physical bodies feel more joy and how this trickles up to the mental and emotional plane.
Lezione 5
Reflecting Back...
As we conclude 4 Weeks to More Joy, we'll reflect through journaling and meditation on the past month, what we learned about ourselves and joy, and future commitments we'd like to make.
