In this visualization meditation, you will be taken to a lush forest, where you will come across a waterfall with healing and rejuvenating properties. This is a powerful practice to bring you back to yourself and your sovereign truth. By tuning into the element of water, you will remember how to flow like water. Let go of anything that is not serving you and flow with the changes in life more gracefully.

Hello beautiful soul.

Let's begin by sitting in a comfortable seated position or even lying down,

Closing the eyes,

And taking four deep cleansing breaths in.

Breathing fully in and exhaling through the mouth.

Becoming aware of your body in the space that you're in.

Becoming aware of your own energy and how you're feeling.

Continuing to take deep breaths in,

Letting go of any worries or pains.

Allowing the shoulders to soften and to move away from your ears.

Letting go of any heaviness,

Emotions,

Or energies that are not of your own.

With the next exhale,

Giving yourself permission to further relax,

To further let go.

And even if it's just for one second,

Giving yourself permission to do so.

Feeling into your body and knowing that it is safe to do so,

You are perfect just the way you are right now.

You are enough.

And just know in whatever way you're doing this meditation,

You're doing it correctly.

Now imagine yourself walking alongside a tall brick wall.

And as you're walking,

You notice an opening in the wall.

You look closer and you see that this hole looks like a water reflection.

You decide to go through this hole feeling a strong push from your intuition to do so.

And as you emerge onto the other side,

Completely breathtaking by what you see.

Amazed by the feeling you feel in this place,

Surrounded by many trees,

Many different kinds of flowers that you've seen and never seen before.

With many different colors of purple,

Green,

Red,

And yellow,

The air feels so alive and nourishing to your soul.

You notice your feet which is in direct contact with the soil.

You feel the pulse of Mother Gaia under your feet.

You feel her supporting you,

Uplifting you,

Nourishing your body with the minerals that you need.

You allow this loving,

Balancing,

And healing energy to move throughout your body.

Now feeling grounded and connected to your body,

To your heart,

To the earth,

You see in the distance that you are,

You are in the presence of the earth.

To your body,

To your heart,

To the earth,

You see in the distance a waterfall and you decide to walk towards it.

Knowing that the waterfall is going to be gentle,

You walk right into the waterfall.

The water is cleansing and renewing to your being.

Taking a deep breath here and with the exhale letting go of any energies that are not of your own.

Continuing to inhale and exhale,

Letting go with the exhale,

All the emotions,

All the energies that are not of your own and coming back to yourself.

Bringing all parts of yourself back to this moment.

Feeling into what it feels like to be an empowered,

Sovereign being.

If it doesn't feel empowering,

Release it from your energy field.

And if there's any sense of resistance,

That's okay.

Simply acknowledge it and be with it and see if you can cultivate a sense of allowing,

A sense of letting go.

Now feeling into your own energy and becoming familiar with your own energy.

Feeling balanced and complete.

Again exhaling and letting go of any density and connecting to the property of water flowing.

This property allows one to connect with their inner flow.

Allowing for the waters within your body to be cleansed.

Feeling your vibrational frequency increasing and feeling centered.

Breathing into your heart and exhaling.

Continuing to breathe in and out of your heart to strengthen your heart energy.

And as you're doing this,

Connect with the feeling of gratitude.

What is it that you are grateful for?

Gratitude is a very quick way to increase your vibrational frequency and to bring you back to this present moment.

Thinking yourself,

Thinking your ancestors and thanking the earth and feeling a greater sense of connection to yourself and to all.

Now stepping out of the waterfall,

Feeling renewed in a greater sense of sovereignty,

Knowing that you've upgraded and have now become more of yourself.

Now walking back into the forest,

Remembering the sensation of your feet on the ground,

On the soil.

You bring your awareness back into the room that you're in.

Becoming aware of the sounds around you.

Becoming aware of your full body.

Taking a deep breath here and fully exhaling.

Wiggling your toes and your fingers.

And at your own time,

Whenever you're ready,

You can gently open the eyes.
