The more you do this practise the stronger the feeling of peace will become and the easier it will be to regain this feeling throughout the day when you need to. Feel yourself becoming calm and centred. Keep following your breath. Keep noticing. Inhale and pause and feel the peace. Exhale pause and feel peace. I am calm, I am centred, I am peaceful. Feel the strength of repeating this internally with your awareness on your heart.
