Yair provides a practical somatic framework for shifting from the "doer" to the "observer". You will learn to physically de-clutch the frontal lobe and soften the facial muscles that "hold" your personal stress, creating a physiological gap between the event and your reaction. This isn't just a mental shift; it’s a biological recalibration that allows you to stop living in "automatic mode" and start living from Presence.

What I'm going to tell you now,

It's not popular,

But if you get it,

It'll change your life We're all constantly dealing with our mind,

With our emotions,

With our body,

But did you ever stop To inquire are you really that mind that constantly talks in your head?

The truth is that you are the awareness which observing it You're not what you're observing So if there's a thought running in your mind,

Say for example,

I'm not good enough or I cannot do it.

I can do it Still it's a thought that you are aware of but it's not who you are So then you ask so who am I?

This is the best question you can ask my friend Because who you are is that awareness which observing or what you're seeing Observing your body,

Observing your thought,

Observing your emotions and observing the outside world You are that awareness The problem is that you're identifying as your body,

As your mind,

As your emotions And when your mind gets off track when your emotion Spiraling in full anxiety When your body is painful,

Then you lose it Then immediately you're identifying with it and it pulls you and spirals you into suffering Life is always challenging Always something that's happening is not really what you want to happen Always there is something which you don't agree We don't like or it feels painful.

As we're doing this work,

We must learn to be present We must learn to become the observer And we must learn to create space between What's happening in our mind or outside and the one who observing it You are that observer How do we do it?

First of all is by paying attention By starting to create space through meditation through awareness practices through breathing Through yoga,

Through Tai Chi Whatever practice you choose that allows you to start and develop awareness To start to create space between the observer and what it observing Let's take a few minutes just now to do it Make sure you're sitting comfortable And start by relaxing your forehead,

Relaxing your eyes,

Relaxing your facial muscles And then observe your breath Inhale deep and when you're exhaling Inhale deep and when you're exhaling Use this out breath to soften even more forehead,

Eyes face,

Jaw And all the way down through your body into the earth Again take a deep breath And as you're exhaling Visualize that the breath and the energy released from your forehead from your face is Washing down and cleansing all tension in your body Now ask yourself,

How do I feel right now?

How do I right now?

How am I feeling?

Pay attention to your emotions Is there any strong emotion in my chest for example,

In my solar plexus,

In my throat?

Don't go into what you're feeling just observe it How is my mind?

Is my mind very busy?

Do I feel tension from thinking in my head?

Again,

You're not your mind,

You're observing it.

So whatever you find that's cool.

Don't worry about it now How is my physical body?

Is it relaxed?

Is it tense?

Do I feel it's aligned or maybe it's shifting to one side or to another side?

That awareness you're applying right now Is exactly what needs to be worked on As you're training your mind To observe,

To become aware Instead of to identify with whatever you think,

Whatever you feel,

Whatever you feel in your body or emotionally Then you stop being automatic You stop living in slavery That whatever your mind brings up,

Immediately you identify as me,

As I You're not your mind You're not your emotions You're observing them,

You're feeling them,

But you're not them.

You're the space in which they manifest Again take a deep breath And observe if your system relaxes when you exhale Make a conscious decision That through your day You're gonna expand this space You're gonna use this ability of becoming aware To free yourself To liberate To come back to happiness and wellness Thank you and have a beautiful day
