
How To Release Emotional Pain

Meditation and is the key to bringing your attention to the present moment. Release the emotional pain by visualizing yourself letting go of the emotions and imagine them dissolving away. Okay,
So before we start and talk and meditate,
Let's just connect to this present moment,
Because the magic is always now,
Nowhere else,
Only now.
And there's only now,
So let's connect to now.
How are we connecting to now?
We have to stabilize our mind,
Our awareness,
On an object.
It can be the breath,
It can be part of our body,
Or it can be even an external object,
It doesn't matter.
Normally the breath is the most effective because it's connecting immediately the outside and the inside.
And obviously,
We have to make a firm decision,
I'm connecting to the present moment.
This is most important right now.
Now the mind will always try to resist,
Because it likes to be in its movie storytelling.
But as we connect more and more to the breath,
The mind will start to slow down and we feel more comfortable.
And then to go even deeper,
We go wider,
Meaning that we must acknowledge where the life force and the breath are coming from.
So we widen our awareness to infinity and we become aware that we're drawing the breath and the life force from infinity into the body.
So to go deeper,
We have to go bigger,
Wider.
As wider as we are with our awareness,
The more profound the experience is.
So as we're guiding the breath into the body,
Again with the same logic,
As profound,
The effect is deeper,
Faster.
So let's guide the breath all the way down to the pelvic floor,
Visualizing that we're drawing the breath from infinity.
And then from the pelvic floor,
When we exhale,
We're guiding the breath as breath,
As light,
Like the sun to all directions.
We have to train our mind to move out of the habit of being small.
It's just,
You can say,
A bad habit,
Because the truth is that we are infinite,
But we live small.
And like this,
Our experience is very limited.
So when we meditate,
We train to acknowledge our infinity and to acknowledge that the breath comes from infinity and exhaled to infinity.
Now we're more focused and feeling united.
A few words about working with suffering.
So we can say that one way of working with suffering is acknowledging the suffering as the observer.
So let's practice that for a minute.
And it doesn't have to be like deep suffering,
Like deep sadness,
Fear,
Anxieties.
It can be just any discomfort,
Same technique.
So let's practice technique number one of being present with,
Let's say,
Discomfort,
Whatever level it is right now.
So just check within yourself if there's any discomfort you can recognize.
It can be physical discomfort,
Emotional discomfort,
Mental discomfort,
Or energy discomfort,
Which is more subtle.
Just to explain that energy discomfort is when we feel that there is a vibration that is not comfortable.
We feel as if our skin is not relaxed.
We feel as if our aura is not soft,
That instead of feeling wrapped by beautiful layers of comfort,
We feel busy,
Dizzy,
Something not comfortable.
That's energy.
Now once you're aware of the discomfort in you,
Try to be aware that you're aware of it.
You're not that.
As if your awareness is a space and the discomfort is appearing in the space like clouds in a blue sky.
Now it's not only that you are aware of the discomfort and you stay separate from it.
What we try to do here is to synchronize between discomfort and infinity.
As if your awareness is a bridge between infinite consciousness and finite tension.
So the same when we enter to a room and we want to focus on a chair,
We can still be aware that the chair is in the room and we're aware of other things and the space.
Same here.
Let's say I have tension in my heart and my heart chakra,
But I still can be aware of infinity.
And once I'm holding the awareness of infinity and the tension in my chest,
Then those two spaces can synchronize into each other and always I'm going to feel much better.
There's no doubt.
Let's practice it,
Focusing on infinity and focusing on the tension and just ask for them to synchronize,
To harmonize.
Now because infinity and the power of creation,
The source of all there is,
Is one thing.
When we're handing the tension we feel inside our human being to the power of creation,
We as an ego person don't need to do anything.
So if it's working for you,
You can say I'm handing out the tension in my chest,
For example,
Into the force that creates the whole creation.
That's all.
And then the magic will take place.
So let's take a minute to do it.
And just be very vigilant and very precise.
So for example,
If the big tension or the most seen tension is in the chest,
You're focusing there first of all,
But then underneath that,
Maybe there is more subtle tension in your stomach.
Go there.
And then underneath,
Maybe something else.
So try to slowly,
Slowly cleanse more and more and more areas of tension.
It's normal that as deep the suffering is,
It's more difficult to release the tension.
It's normal because our whole system is very tight and the mind is very occupied with the tension.
So be very loving and kind to yourself and the mind will calm down and you're going to feel for sure much better.
Okay,
So we can call this technique synchronizing tension or suffering with infinity.
Technique number one.
The second one is,
We can call it uniting with the tension,
Being the tension.
So if for example,
I feel again tension in my chest,
I feel sadness,
I feel anxiety.
So in this technique,
I want to become it completely.
I want to merge completely with the tension.
So to eliminate any space between myself and the tension.
Okay,
This is this is very beautiful and like very humbled way of doing it,
That you actually disappear inside the tension.
So it's not that I'm going to feel my suffering more and more and more,
Because I'm not existing anymore.
I disappeared inside the suffering.
And then the outcome is that the suffering also disappears.
Let's try it.
So again,
Recognize any form of tension,
Even if it's very light,
And then dive into it.
Disappear in it as if you are a river that merges in the ocean and lose completely any shape or form.
Now it's ocean.
For that to be super successful,
It depends on the amount of you disappearing inside the tension,
Of you losing any shape or form of what you call you.
So you can call it a form of death,
Or form of complete merging.
Go from one form of tension to a deeper one and deeper one.
Identify it with it completely to the point that you don't know who you are and you don't know who is the tension.
It's just vibration.
Now the deepest,
Most profound tension we all have is the ego identity.
I am me.
That's the original tension we all have,
Because we are not really me.
We are infinity.
We are infinite beings.
But as a default psychological pattern,
We all have first of all,
The me,
The I.
So even if you feel amazing,
Let's now dissolve a whole being into that original tension called me.
What does it mean really?
I can share how it manifests for me.
I feel that my whole being is dissolving in infinite consciousness.
That me,
That I,
Is now disappearing completely inside everything,
As if all my cells and my molecules are becoming creation,
As if my breath is transforming into the breath of creation.
My mind is the mind of creation.
My eyes,
If I open them,
It's the eyes of creation.
And all the senses go deep and deep and deep and deep and deep and allow this original ego I to completely be,
You can say,
Merged,
Disappear or dissolve into the ocean,
Ocean,
Infinite ocean.
So just to remind you again about the second Kankoi technique,
Which comes from the Tantra teaching.
This technique,
We are dissolving into the suffering and more and more and more,
Until the ego dissolves into infinite consciousness,
Until there is nothing.
This is a very powerful technique and super useful,
But you can say for the ego is the most challenging,
Because normally the mind likes to play with suffering.
And here the mind is dissolving into the suffering,
And then the suffering is gone.
Bad news for the mind,
But great news for the heart.
Okay,
So we know that not everybody around us is meditating right now.
And for sure not the whole humanity is meditating and experiencing this beautiful,
Blissful state of pure consciousness.
So this is a great opportunity for us to invite those who we feel that can benefit enormously from what we're doing right now.
So invite loved ones or anyone you feel you would like to in front of you,
And invite them to share this beautiful,
Peaceful state of being which you are experiencing.
You don't need to do anything besides just invite and be that space,
That infinite space,
And they'll feel it immediately.
Then visualize that we're creating a matrix of light being all around planet Earth,
To affect as well the energy of planet Earth and whole life on planet Earth,
That of course most of it is completely balanced,
But a lot of it because of human deeds is not balanced.
So we're inviting all the imbalance,
The same as we worked within ourselves,
To harmonize just by us being harmonized.
Don't need to do anything,
Just be in harmony.
Beautiful.
These two techniques I was just going through tonight are super effective and they're super useful when we don't feel well,
But the last one we've done is extremely useful anytime to allow yourself or allow us to remember that actually we are infinite and we should function in unity with creation.
As much as we are in that state,
Everything goes so much better.
