The mind is constantly shifting—thoughts, emotions, and sensations arise and fade like waves in the ocean. Yet, we often take it all too seriously, identifying with every thought and feeling as if they define us. But sadness, suffering, and doubt are just passing clouds in the vast sky of our awareness. In this session, we will observe the mind without getting caught in its stories, recognizing that we are not the fleeting emotions but the infinite presence beneath them. Freedom begins when we stop clinging to what appears in the mind and realize our true nature is boundless. By shifting our attention beyond temporary thoughts, we open ourselves to the infinite space of being. Let’s step back, witness the mind from a place of stillness, and experience the peace that comes with knowing we are not our thoughts—we are infinity itself.

Hey my friend,

Big welcome Let's talk about the mind Why we give it so much importance?

Why do we prostrate to anything it says and take it so seriously?

If you can see and look at your thoughts,

How come you identify with them?

Yeah,

If I look at the window if I look at the wall,

I don't say I'm the wall So why if the mind says I'm not good enough I believe it why why thought is more important than the wall why Because generated in your mind,

So what?

The wall is here You know,

The lamp is here.

Why would I give it too much importance?

Why identify with it?

You will not do it and I will not do it.

But why would you identify with sadness?

I'm sad Yeah,

I'm not good enough yeah,

Nobody loved me It's like a wall like saying I'm a wall I'm a chair Yeah,

I know it sound ridiculous but that's what we do we give importance to what pops in our mind We're embracing it and suffering from it Doesn't make sense To me it doesn't that's why I want to encourage us all to pay attention to what's pops in our mind And to understand we are not that popping thoughts.

Yeah.

So who are you really if you are not those thoughts?

Your infinity you are the light you are the space in which those thoughts manifest.

That's who you are Really it's a habit you need to break really,

It's a habit to pull into the mind and to identify with the mind with the emotion and with the body as My identity as I am that it's a habit if you understand and if your experience through Expansion of consciousness that who you are is pure light is all there is Then you have to change one habit with another habit Habit of being blissful and open and wide and infinite with the habit of being bounded tight and closed in and completely Engulfed with thoughts and the emotion that pops up in your system Yeah,

One habit change with another I know it's not so easy But if you give it importance if you understand that that's what you need to do in your life,

You're gonna do it So blessing on your practice my friend.
