How do we shift when we feel down?
You know sometimes we wake up and even before we wake up we lie in bed and thoughts come oh my god I think to death and I'm not this and I should be or why I'm not and so many things yeah we get up and we don't feel good and our body maybe is a bit achy and then we start to get into a very very negative mindset.
How do we shift?
So most important is to know that always you can shift.
Always it's important to know that it's possible to shift.
You're not doomed to be affected by your mind.
Your mind can be negative but you are not your mind and you can see the way your mind function and you can choose I'm gonna shift it.
This is very very important.
That moment that you realize actually I'm not the mind and I'm choosing to be the Queen or the King but not the slave.
So I'm taking control.
I'm taking control over my mind.
Now you can go psychologically and try to understand your mind so if your mind tells you you're not good you say yes I'm good that's okay and that's actually working as well but you can move beyond that yeah so you can just reduce the velocity of your mind and we do it by connecting the mind to the present moment because life is only now only now and normally when the mind gives us a hard time is because it went to the past or to the future but it's not present once the mind is present it feels good you feel good and you feel part of life and there are no negativity and there is no questions about life about anything because you're at home yeah when you come home after a long day and you're relaxing you feel good when your mind is in present it feels good it feels in harmony so the only thing that is needed is to know how to bring it to present moment and then you are fine so remember first of all take control first of all decide I'm not going into the mental journey that the mind offers me because I've been there so many times millions times and it never ends well never so drop the thought drop the tsunami and come home bring the mind to presence so presence can be through breath awareness focusing on the center of the chest mindful awareness of your body moving through the body and releasing and relaxing each part it works great so there are many ways but they're all under being present and choosing presence over tsunami being okay so blessing and have a beautiful beautiful life blessing to you my friend have the most beautiful life remember your power
