Welcome all you wonderful Sankey Souls.

Thank you so much for spending these soulful moments with me today as I guide you through a safe space meditation to help you just feel unstuck,

Clear your mind and connect back into yourself.

Especially right now many of us must be feeling very stuck in our homes,

Fearful,

Uncertain and it's very easy for us to get stuck and consumed by these thoughts.

But for these next few minutes I want you to just be present and relax and release any thoughts of your mind and just focus,

Focus to the.

On the sound of my voice as I guide you into this visualization exercise of allowing you to just be unstuck,

Free and open to experience peace,

Calm and connection.

When you're ready I want you to get into a comfortable position,

Place your hands,

Palms up on your lap,

Just feel comfortable in the seat that you're sitting on and I invite you to close your eyes and bring your gaze inwards and take a deep breath in through your nose and then release out through your mouth.

Know that you are so safe and loved in this moment to just be exactly where you are.

I want you to feel the seat that you're sitting on and feel your feet on the ground,

Feel the support of the earth,

Support of the chair in this moment.

I want you to visualize a safe space,

A place that brings you happiness,

A place where you feel free,

You feel alive and you feel happy.

It can be an old memory,

It can be an imaginative place,

It can be anywhere.

Can be the beach,

A garden,

A mountain,

A safe space in your home,

Whatever this place is for you I want you to just visualize this space.

I want you to see yourself in this place,

Wherever it may be for you,

Just be with yourself in this moment,

In this place,

Whatever comes to your mind's eye just be with it.

Wherever you are I want you to walk,

If you're on the beach,

In the garden,

Wherever you are just walk,

Speak to yourself walking and feel your feet on the ground,

Connected to the earth.

Feel the sunshine over your face,

It's a beautiful sunny day,

The warmth of the sun over your face as you're walking and you're just surrounded by so much love in this moment as you connect to yourself and wherever you are.

I want you to sit,

Find a seat,

Find a place to just sit down where you feel comfortable and I want you to look out at the view,

If it's the ocean,

If it's in the garden,

The flowers,

Wherever you are just look out what is around you,

What you see,

Just be with anything in this moment,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and release out through your mouth and in this moment how do you feel?

Describe the feeling to yourself in this very moment and where do you feel these sensations in your body?

I want you to activate these feelings and sensations in your body,

Where do you feel it in this moment?

And in this moment of peace,

Calm,

Happiness,

In the safe space,

In your happy place,

Focusing on the feelings that come up,

What would you say to yourself in this moment?

There is no right or wrong answer or saying,

Just tap into what you feel and what would you say to yourself in this moment.

Take these words to yourself,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and release out through your mouth as you receive these words and you stand up and you continue to walk,

You feel the warm gaze of the sun on the side of your face and you hear the sounds of nature around you and you're so present in this moment as you continue to walk and feel supported from everything around you and feel so loved and nourished in this moment.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and release out through your mouth.

Now I want you to bring your awareness back into the space that you're in and thank yourself for this moment that you got to spend in this magical place of peace and calm,

Place that brings you happiness and joy.

Hold onto those words that you spoke to yourself,

May it comfort you,

May it bring you everything that you need to feel free,

To feel unstuck and to just comfort you and encourage you to keep moving on.

Know that you have everything within you and that you can always come back to this moment whenever you're feeling overwhelmed or anxious and you can tap back into this energy of peace and love and support.

You can use this energy to guide you throughout your day and throughout all your challenges.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and release out through your mouth.

And I want you to thank yourself,

Be grateful for this time that you spent with yourself in such a beautiful way.

And I hope that you can take this moment and use it to fuel the rest of your day and every challenge that comes your way.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and release out through your mouth.

I want you to start to bring awareness to your toes,

Wiggle your toes around,

Bring your awareness back to your fingers and bring your awareness back into the space that you're in.

And when you're ready,

You can start to blink your eyes open and however you're feeling during this moment,

May you be filled with love,

Peace,

Gratitude for yourself and may this continue throughout your day,
