I want you to get into a comfortable position,
Sitting with your feet firmly on the ground or laying down whatever is comfortable to you as we get ready for today's self-love guided meditation.
When you're ready,
I want you to bring your gaze inward,
Gently start to close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and release out through your mouth.
One more deep breath in through your nose and release out through your mouth knowing that you are so safe to be in this space right now.
I want you to feel your feet firmly on the ground wherever you are laying.
I want you to just focus on your feet and with this awareness around your feet I want you to send it so much love.
So much love for every step that it takes for bringing you closer to all that you are.
And as we move from your feet into your ankles,
Your calves,
Your knees,
I just want you to place your focus on this lower part of your leg,
Feeling whatever is alive for you in this area and sending it so much love for all that it does for you.
And as we move into your thighs and your hips,
Just focus on what's alive for you in this area.
What's activated?
What sensations can you feel?
Please welcome.
Remembering to breathe deeply in through your nose and release out through your mouth.
That's it.
You're doing so great.
And as you focus on this area of your body,
Your legs,
I want you to just send your legs so much love for keeping you up straight,
For walking,
For every step that it takes,
For doing what it does.
The busyness of our days,
We often don't take a chance to pause and reflect and send this part of our body so much love for all that it does for us.
And as we move into the lower back,
I want you to feel whatever's activated in this area of your body.
Feeling into the space,
Knowing that you are safe to feel whatever is alive,
Any tension,
Any soreness or stiffness,
Any ease,
All is welcome.
And send this part of your body so much love.
And as we move now into the home space,
The sacral area,
Just below your belly button,
The space of creativity,
The space of life.
As women,
This is a special space in our bodies that creates miracles,
Brings life into this world.
Just take a moment to reflect on how beautiful that is,
What a blessing it is to have our beautiful bodies that just works the way it does each month.
I want you to just feel into the space whatever is activated for you,
Whatever's alive,
And just allow it to be there.
And sending this space so much love for all that it does.
Take another deep inhale in through your nose,
Release out through your mouth.
And as you move to the space just above your belly button,
Your sacral,
Your solar plexus,
Your power,
The strength,
Whatever is activated in this area,
Allow it to be there.
Sending it so much love,
Our digestive systems,
Our gut,
Doing what it does on a daily basis,
Just working the way that it does.
And remove up into our backs,
Middle backs,
Our chest.
Just be with whatever's alive in this area of your body,
Sending it so much love for all that it does.
And as you reach your heart space,
Making our rib cage for protecting our hearts,
Keeping it safe.
And feel into your heart space what is alive and active for you today.
What can you feel in this space?
A center of peace,
Love,
Compassion,
Grace.
It's also okay if you can't feel anything in this area right now.
And I want you to just focus on your heartbeat,
Feel your heart beating,
Place your hand on your heart,
Connect to the space that sends blood to every cell in your body,
Sending love to every part of your body,
Keeping you alive,
Keeping you pumping,
Going,
Moving.
So much love.
As we reach our shoulders,
Feel what's alive in this area for you.
Oftentimes we carry so much stress,
So much anxiety in our shoulders and in our neck.
Just allow whatever to be there,
To be there.
Sending it so much love for all that it's carrying,
For all that you get to let go and release.
You can have a deep inhale in through your nose,
Release out through your mouth.
And as we reach your throat,
A special place in our bodies that allows us to speak our truth,
Show up for ourselves,
Tell ourselves we love ourselves.
And just feel what's alive for you in this area,
Sending it so much love for all that it does and for whatever is happening in this area right now.
We get to love all of ourselves.
As you move into your face,
I want you to relax your jaw,
Your cheekbones.
You can have a deep inhale in through your nose,
Release out through your mouth.
And as we reach the area just between your eyebrows,
Space of intuition,
Gently look inward as we are sending love to every part of our bodies,
Sending love to ourselves,
Knowing that we are safe and we are so worthy of this love that we get to give to ourselves.
And as you move into the crown of your head,
Your space of consciousness,
Subconsciousness,
Knowledge,
That divine power from above,
Just feel what's activated in this area,
What's alive for you here.
And I want you now to just visualize a warm light of love pouring down from the heavens above,
Cascading through your face,
Your shoulders,
Down into your body,
Over your torso,
Into your legs,
Into your toes.
Feel this warm embrace of love,
Protection,
Bubble of love around you.
And as you feel into this love,
As you feel into the love going to every area of your body,
Knowing that you can always come back to this time,
To this space,
To this feeling of love.
Sometimes we get so busy throughout our days and we are so busy loving everything and everyone,
We forget to love ourselves.
Knowing that we can only love others to the capacity that we love ourselves.
This is such a powerful practice to just keep coming back to whenever we are feeling a bit low and we need to top up our own cups with love.
And feel this infinite love pouring down from above throughout your body,
Knowing that it is never ending.
It's unconditional and it's here for you.
Now I want you now to just bring your awareness back into the space,
Feeling so loved.
Bringing your awareness back,
Moving your fingers around,
Your toes,
Gently bring your eyes open into the space,
Look around you,
What can you see?
Can you hear?
Can you touch?
What colors do you see?
Looking at this world around you through this lens of love,
Of peace,
Knowing that you can always step into this moment.
And I hope that as you enter into your day or your night that you get to just step into this space,
Serve from this place of love with all that you do and you can always come back whenever you need to refill.
