Welcome to another guided meditation.
Thank you for taking our time to be with me today to guide you through moving through all your fears,
To feel deeply,
To trust and to surrender.
I invite you to get into a comfortable position and also trusting if your body asks for movement through this practice.
This is a practice guided to help you feel deeply into your fears.
Anything that is causing any restriction in your body,
Anything you feel like you need to let go of.
Maybe your body is going to ask you to move in a certain way.
I ask you to listen deeply,
To trust the wisdom of your body,
To move in a way that helps you move through your fear.
So I want you now just to get comfortable with that standing,
Sitting down wherever you may be.
To breathe in gently into your nose,
To release out through your mouth.
Another deep inhale into your nose and to release out through your mouth.
I want you to feel what is activated,
What is alive for you in your body right now.
What do you feel in your head space?
Do you feel overwhelmed?
Do you feel like there's a lot of noise going on right now?
A lot of emotions swirling in your emotional landscape?
And just invite it all in.
Don't be afraid.
You are so safe to feel.
Remembering to breathe gently into your nose and exhaling out through your mouth.
Knowing that this is a safe space to feel,
To move and to heal.
Oftentimes we want to run away from our fears,
Things that scare us.
Knowing that this is just here to keep us safe,
Keep you protected so you can cause no harm to yourself.
All these fears are instinctual,
Imprinted in our beings from a very young age just to keep us safe.
Knowing that your fears are nothing to be afraid of,
They are just screaming out to be felt,
To be heard,
To be expressed.
And I want to invite you now to use some sound,
Whatever you may be feeling,
Whatever you're giving yourself permission to feel.
I want you to breathe in gently into your nose and release out through your mouth with a sigh.
Not being afraid of any sounds that want to come out.
Breathing in through your nose and sighing it out.
That's it.
Whatever sounds,
Don't be afraid of the sound.
Allow your vocal cords to express around,
Allow the anger to move,
The fear to move in whichever way it's been called for.
And this is how we do no longer suppress or be afraid of our fears,
But we allow them just to pass through.
All emotions are just energy in motion,
Screaming out at us to be released.
And I want to invite you now to add some movement into your body as you're gently breathing,
Maybe swaying from side to side,
Maybe moving your arms,
Your feet,
Your legs,
Whatever feels comfortable.
Or if you feel like your body's been called for stillness and just breathing,
That's welcome too.
This is your practice.
You're invited to move,
To heal,
To breathe,
To sound as your body calls.
Breathing in gently,
Releasing out through your mouth.
And whatever those fears may be,
Rational,
Physical,
Whatever they may be,
Just moving through them,
Trusting,
Giving yourself permission to shake it off,
Maybe adding some shakes to your body,
Some movement,
Shaking it off,
Moving your fingers,
Your hands,
Your legs,
Kicking it out,
Whatever feels good for you.
And just feel in what does your body feel right now?
What feels activated?
Do you maybe feel warm sensation moving through your body?
Do you feel cold sensation?
All is welcome.
Every experience is different.
And that's what makes this such a beautiful,
Unique experience.
Inviting your body,
Your mind,
Your soul to express and to feel.
And as you release,
You're making room and you're making space for more to come.
Breathing in gently into your nose,
Sounding it out.
That's it.
Shaking it out,
Moving your body,
Maybe moving your head around,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Legs,
Torso,
Back,
Stomach,
Hips,
Just moving through those fears and reminding yourself you are so safe to feel it all.
You are so safe to feel it all.
And as you move through whatever is coursing through your body,
You let it go,
Surrendering to what is,
Trusting what is.
You are so worthy of this experience.
You are worthy of releasing,
Letting go,
Not holding onto things that's holding you down.
And as you move through this fear,
You open yourself up to so much more possibilities to listen to your soul,
To listen to the divine source from above,
Guiding you,
Protecting you,
Nurturing you and loving you.
Breathing in gently into your nose,
Releasing it all out through your mouth.
You are making your movements smaller and smaller,
Coming back into stillness if you are moving.
And I want you now just to see this divine light of protection shining down from the heavens above,
Just cascading through your entire body as you move through all these fears,
The shining light of love,
Of hope,
Of protection,
Just moving over your entire being,
Protecting you,
Keeping you safe,
Knowing that you can feel all your emotions in this beautiful safe way,
Releasing them,
Sighing them out,
Not being afraid of what's coming out.
And as you move through this,
You open yourself up for so much possibility to tap into your highest potential,
Knowing that you were made on purpose,
For a purpose,
For a time like this.
Breathing in gently into your nose and out through your mouth.
And just feeling into what this feels like,
This warm,
Bright light,
Just protecting your entire body,
Just anchoring into this moment,
Placing your hand on your heart,
Connecting deeply to your body,
Knowing that you are so safe,
So safe to express all your fears.
You can always come back to this sense,
This false sense of love,
Peace and calm.
Knowing that you can come back to this practice at any moment of your day,
Whenever you are experiencing any sort of fear,
Anger,
Just need a moment to release in a safe way.
Breathing in gently into your nose and out through your mouth,
Bringing some awareness back into the space that you are in,
Wriggling your toes,
Your fingers,
Gently bringing your gaze back into the space,
Looking around you,
Knowing that you are safe.
And I'm sending you so much love as you're ending to the rest of your day.
And thank you for spending these moments with me today.
