Welcome to another guided meditation hosted by myself Thalia.
I'm so glad that you're joining me today for this higher self meditation.
I want you to get into a comfortable position,
Maybe sitting down,
Laying down,
Wherever you may be.
And I want you to bring your awareness to your breath,
Inhaling deeply through your nose,
And releasing out through your mouth.
Inviting you now to bring your gaze inward,
Closing your eyes and allowing yourself just to be present,
Connected,
Feeling safe.
And feeling into your body and breathing in through your nose and releasing out through your mouth.
And I want you now just to imagine yourself in your safe place.
What place box?
Joy,
What place makes you feel safe?
Maybe that's outside in nature.
Maybe that's in a beautiful home,
Wherever that may be.
I invite you to just take a moment and connect with your environment.
What do you see?
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
What can you taste?
Inviting your senses into this experience as you explore your environment in your mind's eye.
And breathing this all in and releasing out through your mouth.
There you go.
And as you're just dropping deeper and deeper into the state of relaxation,
Connecting to this image of your safe space,
Connecting to what you see,
What you hear,
Smell,
Taste,
And noticing what this brings up within you as you connect to your senses and to this beautiful environment.
And as you notice this place,
You notice someone in the distance.
And as you observe this person in the distance,
Notice what you see.
What is she wearing?
What is the facial expression?
What does their hair look like?
How do they move?
What do you notice about them?
Just observing all from a distance.
And as you observe this being in the distance,
What emotions does this spark within you as you observe what you're noticing in the individual in front of you?
Noticing the hair,
The clothing,
The way they're showing up,
Whatever they may be doing.
Just noticing and breathing this all in,
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Noticing the colors on the clothing,
The textures,
Noticing the facial expression and maybe the emotions that you can read of their body language.
And noticing all the subtle details that you can observe in this moment.
And if there's people in the background noticing the interactions around you,
If there's any sound,
Any laughter,
Or if it's just silent,
Bringing awareness to all of this.
And as you move closer and closer into this picture that you've created in your mind's eye,
Walking towards this individual you've created,
You've noticed.
And as you get closer and closer,
You notice a remarkable resemblance.
From the distance,
You admired so many qualities.
And as you get closer,
You notice who this person is,
And it's you.
Notice what this brings up in your body in this moment as you make this connection.
As you were admiring a stranger for a moment,
And now the stranger has become you,
Fully embodied,
At ease,
At peace.
And as you make your way closer and closer and closer,
This individual that is now you notices you.
And you notice a great smile on their face as they recognize you and welcome you with open arms.
And as you walk closer and closer,
You have a big embrace.
They hug you,
Hold you.
And in this moment,
What do you feel?
What do you notice?
What emotions are coming up for you in this moment?
Do you feel this embrace,
This welcome?
And as you look into each other's eyes,
You connect intimately,
Noticing each other,
Admiring each other,
And anchoring into this deep sense of gratitude for this moment,
Of this connection,
Of this meeting.
And if there's anything that you would like to say to your higher self in this moment,
Give yourself permission to speak those words out loud.
It can be a question,
Observation,
Anything.
There's no right or wrong,
Just allowing whatever is to be,
Whatever needs to be spoken to be spoken.
And noticing what happens as you speak these words out loud,
The reaction from your higher self,
What do you feel?
What do you see?
And listening if there's a response,
Again,
There's no right or wrong.
And it's okay if nothing comes up,
Just being present with this moment is a gift.
And breathing this all in,
Taking this all in,
Allowing this moment to be a gift,
A gift to yourself,
Knowing that you can tap into this moment at any time of your day.
Breathing this in,
Connecting to yourself in this way,
Embracing with your higher self,
Listening to the guidance that lives within,
Moving you one step closer to all that you are.
You don't have to do anything,
You don't have to be anything,
You just get to be here,
Embracing this moment.
And if there's any words that needs to be spoken,
Or you just need to listen to any wisdom,
Just take this moment now,
Soaking in this connection,
Feeling this love,
Heart to heart,
Eye to eye.
It's beautiful.
And you reach over and you give another warm embrace and you feel the connection this time.
Feel if it feels different,
If your heart maybe feels a little bit more open,
Whatever it may be,
Just feel it,
Thanking yourself for this moment,
Thanking your higher self for this connection.
And saying goodbye.
And as you walk away and reflect on that beautiful moment,
Notice the wisdom,
Notice what you've taken from that experience and notice what gifts you have now unlocked within to take into your everyday,
To take into your now,
To guide you,
Knowing that you are not alone.
You are fully supported,
Loved,
Held and seen through your entire human experience.
And just grounding this in,
Grounding this into your body,
Noticing where your body is lighting up in this moment.
Feeling the support beneath you from the chair,
Wherever you may be laying down.
As you slowly start to bring your awareness back into the space around you,
Wiggling your toes around your fingers,
Gently moving your shoulders and bringing your gaze back into the room,
Connecting into the space around you.
What do you see?
What do you hear?
What can you taste?
What can you smell?
Just grounding you back into this safe space and thanking yourself for connecting and going deeper with yourself today.
And a reminder,
The wisdom you seek lives within always and always.
