Morning Devotion Meditation. Changing my vocabulary from Morning routine to Morning Devotion carries a different energy and it has helped me become more intentional and devoted to my sacred morning practices. This is a guided practice to help you become more aligned with your values, beliefs and boundaries to set your day up with more clarity love and peace to stay in true alignment with who you are. This is a beautiful way to start your day.

Welcome all you amazing souls to another guided meditation hosted by me.

I just want to thank you for spending these soulful moments with me this morning as you enter into your day,

Into this morning guided devotional practice.

I recently changed the wording I use around my sacred mornings from routine to devotion,

To spending,

Crafting out specific time devoted to my personal growth,

To my evolvement,

And to sowing into myself in the mornings.

And the energy around the word devotion compared to routine just changed the whole sacred time I spent with myself tremendously.

And I want to invite you into this sacred devotional time with yourself.

And as I guide you into today's guided meditation to open up your day,

To step into your fullest potential and become the limitless being that you are,

I invite you to get into a comfortable position,

Find a quiet space that you can just devote these moments to yourself.

When you're ready,

I want you to take a gentle inhale into your nose,

Release out through your mouth.

Another deep inhale into your nose,

And release out through your mouth.

And just feel what's alive for you this morning.

Feel yourself waking up gently,

Bringing some movement into your body as you wiggle your way feeling comfortable,

Feeling the seat beneath you.

Maybe you're still laying in bed.

Just feeling into the support that's all around you right now.

Remembering to breathe gently into your nose and exhaling out through your mouth.

And just notice what's happening in your mind.

Knowing that you are not your thoughts.

And notice when you get attached to anything that's coming into your mind.

And with this awareness just letting it go and float by,

Knowing that you'll get to do whatever your heart is set on for this day.

I want you to feel into your body.

How does your body feel after your sleep?

Do you feel rested?

Do you feel any stiffness?

Just feel what's alive and activated in your body,

In your vessel.

Gently scanning your body from the crown of your head to your face,

Your throat.

Bringing to your shoulders,

Your back,

Your heart space,

Moving down into your stomach.

Your sacral,

Your lower back,

Your hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

Right into your feet and into your toes.

Just thanking your body for waking up this morning.

Thanking yourself for this devotion to yourself.

And I want you now just to think about your values.

What do you value most about life,

About your being,

Your existence on this earth?

Just bring those words that ring true to you,

Whatever it may be.

Maybe it's honesty,

Authenticity,

Freedom,

Integrity,

Being loyal,

Truthful,

Love,

Peace,

Calm,

Playful,

Presence,

Whatever they may be.

They can be more than one,

They can be more,

A few,

Or just zone in on one specific value right now.

Just bring those into your mind,

Anchoring into those values.

Where do they live in your body?

What do they feel like when you step into more love,

Kindness,

Peace,

Integrity,

Honesty?

What does that feel like for you?

And as you visualize entering into your day,

Anchoring into your values,

Your beliefs around yourself.

What do you need to believe to be more integral,

To be more loving,

To be more kind,

To show up as your truest,

Fullest expression?

What do you need to believe about yourself?

What do you need to anchor into in this moment?

Believing that abundance is your birthright.

And I want you now just to think about some boundaries you need to put in place so that you stay aligned to your beliefs and your values as you go about your day.

As you show up in your workspace studies with your family,

Friends,

In the conversations you have,

In the many to-do lists that you have.

How can you just be a little bit more of all you were designed to be today?

Staying in alignment with your values,

Your beliefs and your boundaries.

And with each action,

Each step you take today,

You just step in more and more into your higher self.

Embodying these characteristics that pull you,

That move you forward,

Stepping into your beautiful vision you have for yourself,

Creating,

Being kind,

Showing up,

Trusting,

Anchoring into all that you are.

Breathing this all in through your nose and breathing it out through your mouth and just feeling what this feels like into your body.

Just visualize your day,

All the thoughts that you're about to enter into.

And just see how effortlessly easy your day gets to be filled with so much abundance and joy and love and showing up from this space.

Noticing when any challenges arise or may come,

Maybe difficult conversations.

Noticing how you respond versus react.

Noticing how more compassionate you can be in each situation,

Not only with yourself but with everyone else around you.

And trusting that you have everything you need to equip you for every moment.

Breathing that all in.

Letting it all out.

And I'm sending you so much love to filter into your beautiful day and knowing that you can come back to this practice to start your day any time of the week.

Starting your mornings off in this space just opens yourself up to so much more.

You are who you've been looking for.

Just come back,

Come back to this truth,

Come back to your values,

Your beliefs,

Your boundaries.

You are so worthy of it all.

Taking one more deep inhale in through your nose,

Releasing out through your mouth.

And gently coming back into this space,

Moving your body,

Bringing awareness back into your beautiful body,

Your toes,

Your fingers,

Opening your eyes,

Gently looking around you.

What do you see?

What do you hear?

What can you taste?

What can you feel?

Inviting all your senses into this beautiful experience as you enter into your day.

Sending you so much love.
