Welcome to another guided practice.
Today we're going to explore a protection energy meditation.
An energy protection meditation.
Hmm.

.
In a time like this where there's so much noise going on around us,
It can be so hard to decipher what is your emotionality,
What you're carrying from a loved one,
A work colleague,
A friend,
Family member,
And even collectively your immediate environment and even the world.
We consume so much information on a daily basis and everything carries some sort of energy that affects you in certain ways.
And it's so important for us to cleanse ourselves,
To come back to ourselves,
To ground ourselves and let go of everything that's not yours.
And so in today's practice,
I'm going to guide you through protecting yourself and letting go and shedding what's not yours.
So when you're ready,
I want you to get into a comfortable position,
Standing,
Sitting,
Whatever feels comfortable to you.
Gently bringing your gaze inward and taking a deep inhale in through your nose and release out through your mouth.
Another deep inhale in through your nose and out through your mouth.
That's it.
Just clearing everything that you're experiencing,
Allowing whatever's in your mind to just quieten out,
To settle and just get in touch with your body.
Just feel what's activated and what's alive for you right now.
That's it.
You're doing so well.
And just trusting that you are so safe in this moment.
And I want you to connect to any sense of tension,
Tightness,
Stiffness,
Soreness,
Whatever is going on or you're experiencing in your body.
Just bring that to your awareness.
Allow it to be there.
Asking yourself,
What am I carrying right now?
Is this tension,
This pain,
This aliveness,
Is this mine?
And just listening to whatever comes up.
Who have you encountered throughout your day?
Maybe even if this is the first thing you're doing in the morning,
What have you experienced while you were sleeping?
And just be aware of what's up,
Going through your mind,
Your body,
Just being present,
Just observing.
Letting go of any judgments.
There's no right or wrong way to do this.
Just feel trust and surrender to this experience.
Breathing in gently in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And I want you now just to move your body in a nourishing way,
Shaking off if anything is not yours.
Letting go,
Breathing it out,
Releasing and coming back to your grounded state.
And I want you now just to imagine yourself in a white bubble.
Maybe you can move your hands in a circular motion,
Creating this bubble around you.
This big bubble around you,
Creating this space and just being aware of this space.
And in this space,
You invite your loved ones,
People you care about,
Your friends,
Your family,
Maybe your work colleagues,
People you interact with on a daily basis through text messaging,
Phone calls,
Daily interactions,
Invite them all into this bubble.
Maybe see their faces pop up,
Connect to their energy,
Connect to them in this moment,
Sending them all love.
That's it.
And just see them floating around in this bubble.
Now I want you to imagine another bubble that's inside this bubble you created with your family members,
Loved ones,
Co-workers,
People you interact with and give this bubble a color.
Whatever color comes to mind.
And this color is your safe space,
Your sacred space.
And this space where you're in is only for you.
This is how you protect your energy,
What comes in,
What doesn't penetrate this bubble.
Breathing in gently into your nose and out through your mouth.
And I want you just to visualize,
Keep this picture in your mind,
Seeing yourself encased in this beautiful bubble,
Filled with this color that brings you some joy,
Some peace,
Some calmness.
And in the outer bubble,
The white outer bubble,
Seeing all the amazing people that you interact with on a daily basis and knowing that they cannot infiltrate,
Penetrate your safe space.
Knowing that no matter what challenges,
What emotionality they carry,
What they come to you for,
Anything like that,
You get to love,
You get to serve from your safe space,
Not carrying anything that they put on you,
Allowing yourself to let that all go,
But also allowing yourself to be present with them,
To serve,
To love,
To be compassionate,
But to not carry what's not yours.
To let go,
To stand firm in your convictions,
Your boundaries,
Your safety.
Not feeling guilty,
Feeling peace,
Feeling calm,
Knowing that you are fully protected at all times.
You get to allow what comes in and what goes out in your safe white bubble and everything else is protected in your colorful bubble.
And just see this,
Notice this.
How do you feel in this moment?
Feel into your heart space.
How does your heart feel right now?
Do you feel safe?
Do you feel secure?
Whatever it is,
Just feel into that.
That's it.
And when you think of this beautiful white bubble,
Connected love,
All you people you interact with,
How does that make you feel,
Knowing that you can keep them where you need them,
But still serve and still love them,
But not carrying what they bring to you?
It's not your responsibility to carry the weight of the world,
Of your loved ones,
Workspace.
Breathing that all in,
Releasing out through your mouth,
Just cleansing your space,
Feeling alive,
Feeling safe.
That's it.
And now coming back into the space where you may be seated or standing,
Laying down wherever you may be,
Bringing your awareness back into your body,
Your mind,
Maybe wiggling your fingers around,
Moving your body,
Breathing in,
Anchoring into this moment.
And when you're ready,
You can bring your gaze inward.
Gently start to flicker your eyes open,
Connect back to your space.
And I wish you a wonderful day,
Feeling so protected,
Knowing that you allow what to enter in and what to let go of.
It's not your responsibility to carry the weight of the world.
And you still get to serve,
Love and be kind to those around you.
