Use this affirmation repeatedly to support the stomach meridian. The stomach meridian is a long pathway of current that affects many areas of the body not only the stomach. This meridian starts at the sinus points so we will focus on this area while saying the affirmation. For added benefit, internally repeat while in a forward fold position which will massage the stomach organ.

If you need to still find a comfortable position,

Please do so with the spine straight,

Allowing the muscles to relax,

Allowing all the joints to relax and just take a deep breath in and sigh out.

And now we're going to move to the face.

On the left side of the face,

Just below the left eye,

Top of the cheekbone,

On the sinus point,

Drop below the surface of the skin here.

And now bring attention onto the right side of the face,

Onto the sinus point,

Below the eye,

Top of the cheekbone,

Dropping down internally so that you're under the skin and just noticing for a few moments what's happening here.
