The breath of life is abundant with blessings. Use your in breath as a signal to your consciousness that you are ready to receive the gifts life is offering. Use the out breath to signal that you are available to share your worth with the world. Using the breath consciously improves the functioning quality of the lungs and assists the process of detoxification, on all levels.
