I'm grateful to be sharing with you meditations for the purpose of healing emotional upliftment and to restore calm and peace in the body and mind.

Now today,
Together,
We are going to be harmonizing the primary energy centers in the holistic body.
Our energy centers,
Also known as chakras,
Are the unseen wheels of life force that feed the various systems of our physiology,
Psychology and spirituality.
Using sound and visualization,
We will balance,
Align and harmonize the individual and collective energy centers.
I invite you now to find a comfortable position where your spine is straight.
This position can be seated,
Lying down or even a very,
Very slow walk.
As you allow your body to find this comfortable position for you now,
Let yourself really settle into the space and this place while noticing your whole body.
Feel it as the whole complete unified field it is.
Now breathe slowly and gently,
Very deeply into each and every particle of your holistic being.
Then pause the breath and now gradually allow it to be released out of your mouth into the space around you.
One more deep breath in through the nose,
Filling the lungs and letting the breath spread throughout your entire physical and metaphysical being.
Taking a moment then to pause and then ever so lightly let the breath go.
Place your attention now at the tip of your spine,
Just where the spine curls slightly under and notice the sphere of energy rotating gently in this space.
Intentionally breathe into your root chakra and with your next in-breath see this sound like a pebble dropping gently into the center of your vibrating ball of light that is your root chakra and the sound is long.
And let that go.
Move your attention up along your spine to your lower abdomen area where the next primary energy center is rotating.
The bottom of the sacral chakra nestles halfway into the top of the root chakra and its top half protrudes above the root chakra.
Now intentionally breathe into your sacral energy center and with your next in-breath see the sound of vam gently dropping into the center of this vibrating ball of light.
Move your attention further along your spine now to your upper abdomen just above your navel.
Notice now the rotating energy sphere that is your solar plexus.
Intentionally breathe into your solar plexus and with your next in-breath see the sound of rum gently dropping into the center of this vibrating ball of light.
As you let that go you take your focus to the center of your chest where your heart chakra is rotating and vibrating at the perfect frequency that it needs to.
Intentionally breathe into your heart chakra and with your next in-breath see the sound of yam gently dropping into the center of this vibrating ball of light.
As you let that go and continue your journey up into your throat chakra,
Intentionally breathe into this energy sphere and with your next in-breath see the sound of hum gently dropping into the center of this vibrating ball of light.
Let your attention move now and rest in the space between your eyebrows and as you focus on the moving sphere that is here intentionally breathe into your third eye chakra and with your next in-breath see the sound of om gently dropping into the center of this vibrating ball of light.
As you glide your attention now to your crown where your crown chakra is rotating slightly within your skull and slightly above your head allow yourself to be quietly present because here we listen.
