Confidence is key in everything we do. This meditation is a reminder that you were born confident, you have it within you. What you need is to activate the confidence muscle and bask in the energy of self-esteem, self-worth, self-acceptance and self-respect.

Hello dear friend,

I invite you to bring to mind a time when you felt very confident,

Feeling strong,

Powerful and amazing in your body.

Before we begin our meditation,

Gently close your eyes and recall that moment in your mind's eye,

That's the place between your eyebrows.

Take a deep breath and notice how you feel.

Perhaps you are experiencing goosebumps and chills all over your body.

Why?

Because it feels so good to stand in your own confidence and have high self-esteem,

Right?

Well,

Let's begin our practice and invite these beautiful feelings and emotions to etch into your subconscious mind.

So you can always feel confident and have high self-esteem.

Know your worth and greatly appreciate yourself for who you are,

Because you are a unique human being and the world needs you.

Your contribution matters and the world wouldn't be the same without you.

I invite you to settle into a nice and comfortable posture.

Hopefully you are already in a place where you won't be disturbed.

Relax your shoulders,

Pressing them away from your ears,

Lengthening the spine,

Lower back well supported,

Feet touching the ground,

Feeling the support of the ground,

Hands resting in your lap,

Palms facing up.

Gently tuck the chin towards the chest and if you have your eyes open,

Gently close them.

Let's take five cleansing breaths,

Breathing in through the nose,

Gently hold and breathe out of the mouth.

Let out a big sigh or sound.

Feel each breath going deeper and deeper into the centre of your being.

With every breath,

Breathe in more confidence,

Self-esteem,

Self-worth,

Self-respect.

Just feel that confidence,

Self-esteem moving into your heart and lower abdomen,

Going down your back,

Into your arms,

Hands and fingers.

You have so much confidence in your hands and fingers right now that you can create whatever you want.

Can you already see the final product in your hands?

Now guide that confidence down your legs and into your feet so you feel empowered to go anywhere in this world fearlessly and holding your head up high regardless of who is in front of you or with you.

Now invite confidence to come up into your neck and throat so you can always speak confidently your truth without holding back.

Take another deep breath and feel confidence,

High self-esteem,

Self-worth and self-respect enter in your head.

Take a moment to just be.

Feel the whole body being energised with confidence,

Self-esteem,

Self-worth,

Self-respect,

Down to every cell,

Atom and molecule of your being.

You know who you are and you know that you deserve love and respect.

Open your heart and give yourself what you deserve.

The more you appreciate,

Respect and love yourself,

The more the whole world will show appreciation,

Respect and love towards you.

Come back to the normal breath and focus your attention on every inhale and exhale.

Notice what is coming up for you.

Perhaps some doubt,

Fear,

Worry from the mind.

Take this moment to visualise a big grounding cord extending from the base of your spine and connecting you with the centre of the earth.

Begin releasing,

Letting go all feelings,

Emotions,

Thoughts and beliefs that aren't serving you in this moment.

Let them all travel down the grounding cord until they reach the centre of the earth,

Where they will be recycled,

Transmuted and transformed.

Pay attention to the words you allow to enter your mind,

Because the way you talk to yourself has a very big impact on your self-esteem,

Your confidence,

Your self-worth and self-respect.

I invite you to repeat these words after me.

Say them with conviction,

Belief,

So they can be etched into your subconscious mind deeper and deeper,

Down to the cellular level.

I am a confident human being,

Physically,

Emotionally,

Mentally and spiritually.

I am lovable.

I am powerful.

I am important.

I matter.

I am enough as I am.

I value myself.

I respect myself.

I honour myself.

Allow these words to go deeper and deeper within yourself.

The more you say these words,

The more confident you become.

You know that you have it in you to be confident,

Strong and connected with your true power.

Allow the breath to relax the body even more.

You are a confident human being,

So you can allow yourself to relax in every moment,

Because you know that the right words will pop into your mouth when needed.

You will deliver the right actions when asked,

Because you are confident and you believe in yourself.

Notice how you feel right now.

Perhaps there is a shift in your mind or in your body.

Just notice without attachment or judgement,

Unless it's a positive judgement towards yourself.

Take this time to set an intention for yourself.

Maybe to always speak,

Move,

Act in a confident way in all aspects of your life.

Take these powerful feelings with you into your day and into your life.

Let's close this meditation with three deep breaths.

Feel free to remain in this space for as long as it feels good and right for you.
