Hello dear friends,
What a day you had.
I know it wasn't easy for you,
But I know you did your best,
So now it's your time to rest.
So begin relaxing the body,
Let go of all your worries,
Fears and doubts.
Now it's not the time to solve any problems or come up with new solutions.
Your life is sacred and I know you know that,

I hope that you are already in your pjs,
Lying in bed and ready for your body to have a good rest.
I invite you to give your body a good stretch,
Releasing all tension,
Stress and discomfort.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes and listen to my voice.
Begin breathing in deeply through your nose and breathing out through your mouth.
Repeat the process until you feel a sense of peace and calmness settling within your body.
Gently allow your breathing to return to its normal rhythm,
Still paying close attention to your inhale and exhale.
Encourage your body to relax even more.
Imagine breathing in peace and breathing out peace.
Notice how your body responds to the word peace,
To your breath and to your breathing.
Let's breathe and relax your physical and mental body,
Your emotional and spiritual body.
If situations,
People or events from today or from the past pop into your mind during this meditation,
I invite you to visualize handing them over to God,
Universe,
The higher force or whoever you wish to look after them during the night so you can have a good rest.
Feel how God has already taken care of everything that was bothering your mind,
Your heart,
Your soul and your spirit.
Just imagine the body feeling lighter and lighter and lighter.
Relax your physical body.
Just relax.
Just relax.
With every new breath you take,
Release the tension from your feet and toes,
Your ankles,
Lower legs,
Knees,
Upper legs,
Hips and pelvis.
Take a breath and relax all the muscles in your lower back,
Mid back and upper back.
Breathing up and down your spine,
Release any tension from around and between the vertebrae.
Relax and release any tension from your shoulders,
Arms,
Hands and fingers.
Direct your breath to your abdomen and feel the breath expanding and contracting your abdomen,
Softening and relaxing your abdominal muscles.

Surrender to your inner guidance and trust that it's okay to relax and rest in this moment.
Release anything that doesn't belong to you,
Any unnecessary stuff that you know you can't control.
Your problems,
Other people's problems,
Drama,
Responsibilities,
Anything that isn't in the present moment,
Including your thoughts.
Feel the body breathing itself without any effort.
Let go of the past and stop worrying about the future.
You can't control it anyway.
Most of us live with this illusion that we can control the future.
Just let go of this idea.
It's not worth your energy.
Notice how your body feels right now,
Present in this moment,
With no judgement,
No anticipation and no expectation.
Big smile now and notice.
In your mind's eye,
Which is the place between your eyebrows,
Imagine yourself relaxing in the most magnificent place on earth.
There are no limits and no restrictions.
You are only limited by your own imagination.
So allow your imagination to play with your creative mind.
Feeling the breath relaxing the body.
There is nothing for you to do in this place.
Everything is being taken care of.
Your only responsibility is to allow your physical body and mind to relax and rejuvenate with this experience.
Where is your imagination taking you?

Clear and bright blue sky,
Fresh and clean air.
See if any of these visuals,
Sounds or smells bring back any happy memories from your childhood.
Any particular smell or taste that reminds you that you are safe,
Supported and well looked after.
Focus on your in-breath and out-breath.
Allow your imagination to get wild and feel being pampered,
Spoiled,
Loved and uplifted.
Notice how your physical body feels right now.
Your emotions,
Your feelings.
You deserve this time so you can rest and relax.
