Hello dear friend,
I know how you feel.
It seems that the whole world is against you And you've kind of lost your energy to fight for what is truly yours And that's your right to be happy and proud of your beautiful skin But I know that deep within you Within the core of your being there is this burning desire to heal your body To heal your mind and to heal your skin.
Well,
Take a deep breath and relax Because you have just arrived to the right place Your healing bubble if you've never meditated before That's okay There is nothing special that you have to do but simply follow my voice if it resonates with you So go ahead and find a comfortable posture.
You can either sit with your back straight Or lie down.
Adjust your posture so your body feels at ease Perhaps having your feet touching the ground Roll your shoulders back and let any unnecessary weight to fall off your shoulders See if you can find your center of gravity notice if your body is leaning forward or lagging behind Sense into your body and notice if your left side Feels heavier than your right side or vice versa After you've checked in with every part of your body close your eyes and connect with your breath I invite you to take three deep and slow breaths with me breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth really pushing the breath into your tummy and Allow it to expand and as you breathe out Squeeze your tummy and release all the air from it.
Now do the same thing with your chest and your lungs expand on the inhale and Collapse on the exhale.
Breathe in like this as many times as you find it beneficial Gently allow your breathing to return to its normal pace Where is your mind to this present moment here and take as much time as you need to arrive to this moment Release any pressure you think you should be Simply allow your mind body and spirit to rest and relax in this moment Give yourself this gift of relaxation breathe in Becoming conscious of every inhale.
Perhaps you are experiencing a shift in your mind.
Perhaps you just feel good but for the first time you stopped focusing on what it feels like All your problems have disappeared and to focus You can stay here for as long as you like or you can go anywhere Imagination or inner guidance and observe where it takes you I invite you to visualize a white healing bubble Right in front of you.
Notice if this bubble is big or small Begin focusing your attention on this beautiful white healing bubble Perhaps you notice that the more you focus on it the brighter it gets Take a deep breath and step into this white healing bubble You are safe to do that.
One more deep breath and you are right in the center Feel the thousands of healing rays piercing your skin from all directions Every time a healing ray touches your body You feel chills going down your spine and with it a release of old and stagnant Energy,
Just breathe and allow the healing rays to balance Restore re-energize your body from within.
These healing rays are working on a cellular level Infusing every cell with love,
Passion forgiveness and trust Bask in this moment and let the healing take place Enjoy this moment and imagine all the cells atoms and molecules of your being being balanced,
Restored and re-energized.
Because all healing starts from within.
See if you can feel a sense of peace and balance dripping from your cells into your blood,
Across into every muscle and fiber of your being Finally reaching your largest of your skin.
Imagine your skin getting softer and softer.
Perhaps a gentle smile has landed on your face.
Yes,
It works You can heal yourself by feeling the love from within.
Breathe in and savor this healing moment.
I have a few positive affirmations to say to yourself every night so you can program your subconscious mind for healthy skin Beautiful and healthy skin Just as I am.
