Hello dear friend,

Did you know that most people are more committed about being right about their limiting beliefs than believing in their true potential?

Neuroscience has proven that 95% of our life is controlled by our subconscious mind and only 5% by our conscious mind.

So no wonder that with only 5% input from our conscious mind we are not going in the direction that we really want to go.

Now that you are aware of the power of your subconscious mind,

What would you love to change about you?

Perhaps any addictive behaviours,

Assumptions,

Limiting beliefs,

Perceptions that have been with you your whole life?

Before we begin,

You have to know that it's possible and doable to reprogram your subconscious mind for success.

It has been proven scientifically and demonstrated by so many people.

What I need from you is a clear desire,

Passion and willingness to change your thinking patterns.

Just to make it clear,

You won't be able to achieve this if you only listen to this meditation once or twice a month.

What you need to dedicate to yourself is a consistent and persistent commitment to work through your limiting beliefs and obstacles that have been with you for years and years.

So let's begin by settling into a comfortable posture.

Relax the muscles around your neck.

Relax the centre of your head,

The brain.

Keep the spine nice and tall.

Push your hips down and feel the support of the surface beneath you.

Hands resting in your lap,

Palms facing the sky.

Move your eyes up and down,

Left and right,

Diagonally one way and then the opposite way.

Gently allow your eyes to rest behind your eyelids.

Let's dive deep.

Take a deep breath into the centre of your head,

Breathing in from all directions and breathing out to all directions.

Keep breathing like this and imagine this whole exchange of energy between your brain and the outside world.

See if you can imagine this visual of sparkling energy being released and received back into the centre of your head.

Relax your shoulders,

Let them soften and melt away into the ground.

Now I invite you to visualise the sparkling energy travelling from your head down your spine,

Going down inch by inch.

Breathe in and hold your breath.

As you breathe out,

Release the energy ball down one vertebrae.

Take your time and go through each and every vertebrae.

You have 33 vertebraes.

Feel how the energy ball is rolling down easily and effortlessly until it reaches the base of your spine.

Take a moment here to breathe and notice how you feel.

In your mind's eye,

I invite you to visualise the energy ball moving up your spine and into the centre of your head.

Allow this energy ball to rearrange your thinking patterns in your subconscious mind in a way that serves your highest good.

I know this whole process might seem a bit ambiguous for you.

See if you can trust in your body's intelligence and surrender to a higher force.

When you think of your subconscious mind,

What images or sounds are coming up for you?

Breathing in easily and effortlessly,

Drop your awareness deeper and deeper into the depths of your being and become aware of what would be the first thing you'd like to change about yourself.

What's your narrative?

What's the story you have been telling yourself over and over again?

These limiting beliefs are deeply ingrained,

Entrenched,

Rooted in your subconscious mind and they have been there for a long time.

Approach these beliefs with love and compassion.

Breathing and relaxing as you travel deeper and deeper into your subconscious mind.

What is something that you'd really love to change about yourself?

Something that you tried before but failed in the past?

Can you remember how many attempts did you have?

3.

The mind will always look for ways to prove that you are right.

So if your subconscious mind believed that you can't change it,

But you still wanted to give it a go and then didn't succeed,

The mind was very quick to jump to conclusions and emphasize to you that your belief was right.

Just breathe and relax.

Go deeper and deeper into your subconscious mind with every breath.

Feel away the layers of who you think you are and begin infusing new layers of belief about yourself and your own capabilities.

Begin exploring the potential of who you are as a human being.

I invite you to visualize a big screen playing in your mind's eye.

You are the main character.

Go back into your subconscious mind and bring up to the surface images and memories of yourself.

Keep breathing and relaxing the body down towards the earth.

All of a sudden you have this big aha moment and you realize that the reason why you felt unlovable was because your parents never had the time to hug you or praise you or share with you how much they love you when you needed them most in your formative years.

So you began establishing the belief that you have to do more and be more,

Which led you being a perfectionist,

A people pleaser in the hope that someone can recognize your true value and you'll be accepted and loved.

All these led to you believing that you are not good enough.

Going there was very painful.

So take a couple of deep breaths,

Relax and soften around the edges.

You know that's not the case.

Remember who you really are.

You are an infinite being with infinite potential.

You are enough just as you are.

You are lovable because you are source energy.

Notice a slight shift taking place in your mind.

Notice how the scale comes back to balance.

You have been walking with a limb in your subconscious mind.

Now you are standing strong in your own power.

You are slowly realizing that the feelings of inadequacy,

Inferiority,

Insufficiency were imposed on you.

You know that you are complete and whole just the way you are.

You now know that all your goals are achievable when you commit to your deep desires.

Nothing will hold you back.

Your subconscious mind is on your side and you know that everything is off limits.

Breathing and relaxing in this new awareness of infinite potential.

Your determination,

Commitment and hard work will always pay off.

What is the first thing that comes to mind and you are ready to commit yourself for?

Breathing and relaxing,

Softening the body.

Breathing,

Relaxing and calming the mind.

As humans we are wired to avoid pain at any cost and to lean into pleasure more.

But I'm here to tell you that you can't avoid the pain and suffering.

It is part of the human experience.

If you want to escape physical pain by not exercising,

You will end up having mental pain because you will not be able to stop thinking about it.

Now the ball is in your court.
