Every exam comes with emotions, trepidations, and stress. Most humans experience constant worry about how they are going to perform. This meditation reminds you that you can do it; the only thing left is to believe in yourself.

Hello dear friend,

How are you feeling today?

The reason you are here today is because you care and you know that the exam day is approaching and you'd like to feel calm and grounded so you can express your knowledge in a very beautiful way.

You studied very hard for this exam.

What you need to do now is slow down,

Relax and allow all the knowledge that you accumulated to sink deep into your mind.

There is no need to worry.

You will pass the exam.

You'll be amazing and achieve the result that you are dreaming for.

What you need to do is believe in yourself because I believe in you.

All right,

Let's begin.

Find a nice and quiet space where you'll be able to relax and let go of your fears,

Especially the fear of failure.

The soul doesn't recognize the word failure and sees everything as an experience.

It is only the ego that feels threatened.

So let the body melt into the surface beneath you,

Feeling all tension dissipate from your muscles.

Become aware of your breath,

Feeling the exchange between every inhale and every exhale.

Let's take three cleansing breaths to center your energy.

Breathing in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth with a big sigh.

Two more and last one.

Become aware of your center.

Feel grounded and centered within yourself.

Allow the breath to become as natural as possible,

Rolling down the shoulders and away from your ears.

Bring your attention and focus to your eyes.

With your eyes closed,

Breathe in and look up.

Breathe out and look down.

Breathe in and look to your left and breathe out and look to your right.

Breathe in and move your eyes diagonally one way.

Breathe out and then the opposite way.

Breathe in and move your eyes in an arc up left and right.

Breathe out and move your eyes in an arc down left and right.

And now allow your eyes to come back to center.

Relax and settle deeper within yourself.

Now in your mind's eye,

Which is the place between your eyebrows,

Begin to visualize as many details about the exam as you can.

The location,

The examinator,

The potential questions,

The answers,

The solutions,

Your actions.

Now visualize yourself taking the exam.

Notice your posture,

The way you carry your body.

Take a moment to listen to that inner talk.

Imagine yourself feeling relaxed and calm.

Exactly what to say.

Now visualize a color,

Perhaps the first color that comes to mind.

A sound,

A feeling related to your exam.

Let everything go with your next exhale.

With your eyes closed,

Keep looking up towards your forehead.

This helps to activate alpha state of mind,

Which is known for feelings of calm,

Increased creativity and the ability to absorb new information.

In your mind's eye,

See yourself calm,

Relaxed as you enter the exam conditions.

Regardless if it's a practical or theory exam,

See yourself receiving the exam paper or instructions.

Keep looking up towards your forehead with your eyes closed.

Read the questions or listen to the requirements.

Take a few cleansing breaths.

On the mind,

You have invested plenty of study hours for this exam.

You know the subject inside out.

You practiced and practiced.

Knowledge is stored in your brain.

You have all the knowledge you need for this exam.

Show kindness and compassion towards yourself.

There is no need to worry.

You can do this.

I believe in you.

And if worry comes up for you,

Then ask yourself,

Which part of me worries?

Which part of me doesn't believe in myself?

Go through each and every question.

You know the answers.

Imagine your hand holding the pen and answering every question.

If it's a practical exam like a driving test,

Visualize yourself driving the car.

You know,

Take a deep breath,

Allowing relaxation to float and move through your physical body.

Notice how the answers keep coming to you one by one with ease and joys.

You can do it,

My friend.

You are actually doing it.

With your eyes closed,

Keep looking up,

Floating in alpha state.

You are giving long and elaborated answers to every question.

The words keep popping into your mind and slide down,

Reaching the exam paper in no time.

Keep breathing,

Relaxing the body and calming the mind.

You are turning the page and complete the last question.

A gush of energy has been released in your body.

Weight on your shoulders has disappeared.

A feeling of completion and satisfaction has risen in your physical body.

You have completed the exam paper better than you have imagined.

You feel good in your heart,

Knowing that you have done your best.

Regardless of the outcome,

You feel complete in your heart.

You have done your best and release all attachments regarding to the outcome.

See yourself giving the paper back to the examinator.

Big sigh,

Sense of relief is washing over you.

You did it,

My friend.

You did it.

Well done.
