Let's take a long slow deep breath in through your nose.
Depose at the top of your inhale and release through your mouth.
Another long slow deep breath in.
Pause at the top for a count of 2,
1 and let go.
One more long slow deep breath in.
Pause at the top for a count of 2,
1 and slowly release.
Allow your breathing to return with no more rhythm and become peaceful and calm.
Begin scanning your body from the top of your head all the way to your face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your chest,
Your upper back,
Your middle back,
Your abdomen,
Your lower back,
Your tummy,
Your hips,
Your upper legs,
Your knees,
Your lower legs,
Your ankles,
Your feet.
What do you feel in your body right now?
Staying on the breath,
Breathing in and out gently and slowly.
Your mind will try and feed you thoughts.
That's okay,
That's what the mind does.
You have permission to let go of your thoughts.
You don't have to interact with them.
Simply watch them as they come and move away like beautiful fluffy clouds in the sky.
I invite you to imagine that you are in your most favourite place and you are very happy and relaxed.
Everything is silent and calm.
You feel secure and safe.

Allow yourself to go deeper and deeper.

There is so much beauty and love around you.
From the food you eat to the people you are with,
To the nature that's lush and peaceful.

And the food you eat right now is tingling your taste buds and make you want more and more.
It's absolutely delicious.
