This is a simple breathing exercise to help soothe us in practically any situation.
Let's begin by closing our eyes,
Relaxing our jaw,
Relaxing our shoulders,
Releasing any tension in our bodies.
And then let's put our left hand on our chest,
Place our right hand on our bellies,
And we'll breathe into our belly.
Feel the right hand rise.
Bring that same breath into your chest,
Feel your left hand rise.
Bring that same breath all the way up to the top,
And let it all go.
And breathe into your belly,
Your right hand rises.
Bring that same breath into your chest,
Your left hand rises.
Bring that same breath all the way up to the top,
And let it all go.
And one more time,
Breathe into your belly,
Your right hand rises.
Same breath into your chest,
Your left hand rises.
Same breath all the way up to the top,
And let it all go.
Let's take one deep cleansing breath with an inhale into the nose,
Big exhale out of the mouth.
