I invite you to find a comfortable position either seated or laying down and allow yourself to settle.
Gently close your eyes or keep them slightly open,
Letting your focus turn inward.
Take a mindful breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
With every breath,
Let your body soften and release.
Relax your face,
Your shoulders,
Your hands,
All the way down to your feet.
Simply let go of any tightness you might be holding in your body.
Right here,
In this moment,
You're safe,
You're open and you're ready.
Now,
Bring your awareness to your breath,
Steady,
Calm and natural.
Notice the rise and fall of your chest.
Let it anchor you to the present moment.
With your next inhale,
Feel a sense of renewal filling you.
And as you exhale,
Let go of anything you no longer need.
Doubt,
Fear,
Hesitation,
They do not belong in this new chapter.
Now,
Reflect.
What is your deepest intention for this new beginning?
What is the big vision that excites and inspires you?
Let it come to you naturally.
Don't overthink.
Just allow that vision to arise,
Clear and vivid.
Picture it as it's already real.
See yourself as it is.
Step into this new chapter with confidence and joy.
Feel the energy of this vision as if it's already here.
Notice the details.
What does this new beginning look like?
What does it feel like?
What emotions are flowing through you?
What is it that you're feeling right now?
Breathe into that feeling.
Let it expand,
Filling your heart with gratitude and excitement.
Take a moment to fully embody this intention.
Let it settle deep within you.
And as we close this practice,
Know this.
You have everything you need within you.
Now,
Take one final mindful breath in and slowly out.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Move forward from this meditation with clarity,
