4-Minute Morning Meditation
by Liza Colpa
Time is not an excuse to not spend a little time on you first thing in the morning. This four-minute meditation guides you into asking three important questions to help you begin your morning right, set intentions, and manifest a day with focus, purpose and clarity. This meditation is great to do fresh out of bed, or even if you're still groggy in bed. This simple meditation is meant to help you ask yourself how you wish to serve yourself today, as well as others.

Good morning my friend.
This is a very simple grounding morning manifestation meditation.
That's a long sentence.
This meditation is simply meant for you to ground down by asking yourself very deep yet simple questions first thing in the morning.
I hope this practice serves you and that you can use this every morning you feel very pressed for time.
Go ahead and come to a comfortable seated position wherever you are at even if that's in bed and if you're still just a little bit too tired and you're lying on down that works too.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
Exhale.
And just continue to breathe naturally noticing how your breath is this morning noticing how you are feeling.
Did you get enough sleep?
And if you didn't that's okay.
No judgment no criticism just tune on in to where you are at at the present moment this morning.
Sighing in.
And then sighing out.
Let the rest of the outside world go and just give yourself time to ground in your breath in this present moment.
Now go ahead and simply ask these questions to yourself to spirit to the universe to God to whatever or whomever you wish to ask this.
How can I best serve today?
What fears can I release today?
How can I align with my best self today?
And let yourself come into alignment with the visions that may come up or the feelings that may come up.
And if no particular answer comes to you that's okay.
The question is the answer.
Breathe in.
Sigh out.
Go ahead and set an intention for yourself today my friend in alignment with these questions of how can I serve what fears can I release how can I align with my highest potential my best self.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body and sigh it out.
Great job my friend.
Have an amazing rest of your day.
Enjoy and Namaste.
