Welcome to this relaxation and well-being recording.
My name is Glenn Harrells.
And I'm going to guide you into a deep state of relaxation.
So just allow this time for yourself.
To completely let go.
And to go inside.
So that you can empower yourself.
You must unknow her countless and whilst driving.
The best place to listen is lying down on a bed or a couch at a time when you won't be disturbed.
And for full effect I strongly recommend you listen with headphones on.
This way you will be able to absorb all the positive suggestions on a deeper level.
And so as the music slowly begins to fade away.
You can close your eyes if you've not already done so.
And focus all of your attention on your breathing.
And you can begin to breathe very slowly and deeply.
And as you inhale.
Push your stomach out.
As you inhale.
Your stomach goes out.
And as you exhale.
Your stomach will naturally go in.
And your chest will expand.
And I want you to continue this breathing pattern.
By breathing in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
In through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Creating a circular breathing motion.
And you can say the word relax.
Silently on every out-breath.
And you continue this breathing motion 10 or more times.
Or for as long as you feel comfortable.
Then you can gradually let your breathing return to normal.
And you will remember.
That if at any time a problem arises and you need to reduce your level of anxiety.
And compose yourself.
Maybe before a meeting or a performance of some kind.
Just take six slow,
Deep,
Diaphragmatic breaths.
And you will quickly relax yourself.
And feel very calm.
And it will also help you to think more clearly.
By increasing the oxygen intake up to your brain.
Deeper relaxed.
Deeper relaxed.
And so as you lay there.
Wondering how you are going to go into trance.
Not knowing if you would go into trance quickly.
Or if it would take you a little longer.
To really enjoy all the subtle changes in your awareness.
You can continue to allow yourself to relax.
Letting all your cares and worries go.
As at this moment in time.
Nothing matters.
Except clearing away any unwanted thoughts.
And just allowing yourself to relax.
And enjoying this special time.
Where you can let go.
And completely unwind.
Allow yourself to let go completely.
And you will notice already how relaxed your body has become.
From the top of your head.
To the tips of your toes.
Your eyelids have become very heavy.
Heavy and tired.
And any tension in your forehead is disappearing.
As all the muscles there.
Are becoming loose and relaxed.
And your eyebrows drop down feeling heavy and tired.
And all the muscles in your jaw have become loose and relaxed.
As your jaw sinks down heavy and tired.
And your tongue rests gently on the bottom of your mouth.
And you are beginning to drift down.
Deeper and deeper.
As you become aware.
Of an increasing feeling of comfort.
Spreading down through your body.
Into your neck and shoulders.
Letting go of any tightness or tension in the muscles there.
Just feel any stresses or strains disappear now.
As you visualize the muscles relaxing,
Letting go.
And you are feeling more comfortable and relaxed with every word.
Letting go.

And this wave of relaxation.
Continues on down.
Into your arms.
And all the way down to your fingertips.
And you may even feel a tingling sensation.
In your fingertips.
As your arms grow sleepy and tired.
And you become more aware.
Of a growing peaceful feeling inside.
A feeling of calmness and contentment.
Of safety and security.
As at this moment in time.
You feel centred and balanced.
You and now every muscle in your chest and stomach.
Is loose and relaxed.
And free of any tightness.
And all the muscles in your back are relaxing too.
One by one.
Almost like a mental massage.
All the way down your spine.
See the muscles loosen and relax.
One after another.
Freeing themselves of any tightness.
And as you drift down,
Deeper and deeper relaxed.
You feel very safe and secure.
And so peaceful.
As your whole body sinks down into the bed.
Deeper and deeper.
Deeper and deeper.
Deeper and deeper.
And deeper.
And this wave of relaxation.
Now spreads all the way down into your legs.
Into your thigh muscles.
And down to your calves.
And your feet.
So that every muscle in your legs,
Ankles and feet becomes loose and relaxed.
And this feeling of complete relaxation.
Engulfs your whole body.
And there may even be times.
That you are unaware of your body.
Almost as though you were floating.
Floating down.
Into an ever deepening state.
Of complete relaxation.
And the outside world.
Fades more and more into the background.
As you continue your journey.
Into your inner world.
To that unique and special part of you.
That only you can go to.
The unconscious part of yourself.
That holds the key.
To everything you want to achieve in your life.
You have so much potential.

And you see this place is so alive.

Trickling down through the forest walls.
And there is so much plant life.
And flowers all around you.
So much colour.
Deep rich colours.
Like you have never seen before.
The air is clean and fresh.
Full of oxygen and vitality and you take a deep breath now.
And fill your lungs with this pure,
Fresh,
Clean air.
And as you continue to stroll through this magical forest you can see ahead of you.
The start of a hill with a few steps.
And as you get nearer to the first step you become aware.
That this is a very special hill.
That will lead you to a sacred place.
And you soon reach the first step and you begin climbing the hill.
Step by step.
Feeling energized and alive.
As the vibrancy of the forest.
Has given you lots of energy and life force.
You continue to climb.
Higher and higher.
Feeling safe and secure.
And with each step.
You feel excited about what you will find when you reach the summit.
And after a while.
You reach the top.
And as you step off the last step you look out around you.
And see a large open space.
And from here you have a panoramic view of the forest below.
It looks amazing from up here.
So colourful and vibrant.
And you feel exhilarated.
By the power and sacredness of this special place.
And nearby.
You can see a seat carved into the rock.
Which looks inviting.
You stroll over and sit down.
And make yourself comfortable.
And you soon begin to drift down.
Into a relaxing meditation space.
Absorbing the wonderful energy here.
On a deeper level.
Feeling safe and secure.
As you drift down.
Into an ever deeper state of relaxation.
Go deeper and expand your consciousness.
And in this peaceful state.
You find yourself.
Looking at your life.
From a higher perspective.
And you can see the relationships you have with yourself and others.
And with the world and nature.
And as you contemplate this Your feelings intensify.
And you become more sensitive.
And aware.
You feel the essence of yourself.
And how you relate to the world.
And the universe.
And how you feel in the depths of your soul.
How you feel about life and love.
And as your awareness expands.
You allow any issues or fears or feelings of sadness or pain to arise.

And if you ever had any fears around water.
They fade away now.
As this is a magical healing place.
A place where you feel safe and secure and at peace.
You listen to the sound of the trickling stream.
As the sun sparkles on the surface of the water.
And the sound of trickling water fascinates you.
And brings your awareness to the present moment.
And it feels like.
Time is standing still.
And as you focus on this beautiful stream I want you to pause and connect now.
With a feeling of gratitude.
Think of your blessings now.
And just connect with a deep feeling of gratitude.
And as you continue to gaze at the water.
You watch the gentle ebb and flow of the stream.
And you notice a few leaves moving along the surface of the water.
And as you watch the leaves moving slowly downstream.
Just notice any thoughts that may come into your mind.
And as they do.
I want you to mentally place each thought on a single leaf.
As they come into your awareness.
Place your thoughts onto the leaves.

Let them watch as they pass by.
And float along the stream.
And out of view.
And it doesn't matter if they are happy or sad thoughts.

Simply acknowledge them and let them go.
And there is no need to create any thoughts.
Simply relax and just be in the present moment.

Simply place it on a leaf.
And watch it flow downstream.
Out of sight.
And it's good to remember.
That all thoughts are like this.
They come into being for a time.
And then they pass.
And any time you need to clear your head of fear or worry.
Just close your eyes.
And imagine the stream.
And place any thoughts on the leaves.
And let them go.

To give you more control of your thoughts and feelings.
And you will also quickly become calm and composed.
And in control of your feelings.
And another wonderful benefit of breathing deeply.
Is that as well as composing you.
It also helps to optimise your mental alertness.
By increasing the oxygen intake to your brain.
And this is often described as a peak performance state.
When we are relaxed and alert.
At the same time.
And as you continue to relax.
With every word.
I'm going to ask you to imagine certain things.
But it doesn't matter if you can't imagine.
All the things I'm asking you to.
You might even find your mind wandering quite a bit.
So that my voice just fades into the background.
But that doesn't matter either.
As the sound of my voice.
Is going to continue to relax you.
And it really doesn't matter if you don't consciously hear a word I say.
Your unconscious mind will hear everything.
And can absorb every positive suggestion even if you go to sleep.

You are standing at the top of a flight of ten broad steps.
That lead down into a beautiful sunken garden.
And in a moment I am going to count down.

It's almost a magical place.
Stretching into the distance as far as the eye can see.
In all directions.
And there are many tall,
Elegant trees.
And lush manicured lawns.
And beautiful exotic plants.
The sun is shining brightly.
And there is a cool breeze.
Brushing lightly against your skin.
And the temperature is just as you would like it.
And there is no pollen in this garden.
As the air here is pure and fresh.
And you take a deep breath.
And as you breathe out You relax deeper and deeper.
Go deeper and expand your consciousness.
Go deeper and expand your consciousness.
And as you stroll around the garden.
You wander towards some beautiful flowers.
And as you approach them.
You notice their pleasant aroma.
And you can see the colours of these flowers are so bright and vibrant.
With deep rich colors.
And you take a deep breath again.
And as you breathe out.
You relax deeper still.
And as you continue on your way.
You soon come to an interesting winding pathway.
Which you know leads down to a beach.
And you take a few steps more.
And stroll along this winding pathway.
Relaxing deeper and deeper.
With every step.
And you soon reach the beautiful beach.
With its miles of golden sand.
And you slip off your shoes.
And stroll across the soft sand.
And you gaze out into the distance.
And marvel at the vastness of the sea.
And you watch how the waves roll towards the beach.
In a never-ending sequence.
One after another.
In a perfect rhythm.
And you hear the sound of the waves building up.
And them petering out as they near the beach and you feel a deep feeling of peace and calm now.
As you feel the warm sea air.
Lightly brushing your skin.
And as your feet sink deeper into the sand.
With every step you take.
So you relax deeper and deeper still and you soon reach the wet sand.
Near where the sea begins.
And you notice how much louder the sea is up close.
As wave after wave rolls towards you.
And your feet now sink down deeper than before.
Into the wet sand.
And when you reach the sea.
You let your toes test the water.
Which is slightly cold at first.
But soon warms as you take a few more steps into the water.
And as you allow the waves to roll over your feet and ankles.
And then retreat again.
You breathe in the pure fresh sea air.
And relax deeper and deeper.
