When Vinyasa Flow found me, all fell into place. I love the strong movements, the breath focus and the optional challenges. It allowed me to be playful, get stronger and more flexible, and at the same time more connected to myself. It also opened the door to yoga philosophy and meditation, and I've now meditated every day since January 2019. Feeling it's the most powerful tool I've ever experienced, I'm honored and grateful to offer guided meditations and Yoga Nidras to others. I want you to feel it's a tool that helps you get closer to yourself and to something bigger.
