Welcome to this Enough As You Are meditation.

This is a space to land,

To soften,

To remember your worth.

Not because what you do or produce,

But simply because you are.

Let's begin by finding stillness.

Sit or lie down in a way that feels supportive.

Close down your eyes or soften your gaze.

Let your hands rest where they feel at ease.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and a soft exhale through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale through the nose and sigh it out,

Exhale.

Invite for the breath to begin to guide you home,

Begin to guide you to this moment.

As you settle in,

Allow your attention to begin dropping into the body.

Let your awareness gently scan from head to toe,

Without judgement.

Simply notice how you feel.

Notice what you feel.

Warmth or coolness,

Tension or softness,

Energy or fatigue,

All of it is welcome.

There is nothing you need to change.

Just let yourself be here as you are.

Now gently begin to ask yourself,

Can I feel my own value?

Not in thoughts,

But in your body.

Is there a place in you that knows that you are worthy,

Without needing to prove it?

Maybe it's not strong,

It might just be a flicker,

A sense,

A whisper of yes,

I am worthy.

Notice what arises.

Any sensation?

What does it feel like?

Is it stillness or even resistance?

Now bring your attention to the places where that sense of value might feel absent.

Where in your body or your being do you feel not enough?

Where does that feeling arise?

Maybe it's in the chest,

In the belly,

The throat,

Around the heart or maybe it's a vague heaviness,

A tightness,

A numbness.

There is no need to fix this.

Not right now,

Just notice.

And with care ask yourself,

Where do I feel like I need to earn my worth?

Where have I been performing just to feel okay?

Who or what told me or gave me the feeling that I wasn't enough?

Let your breath be gentle as these insights arrive.

You are safe to feel.

You are safe to question.

You are safe to soften.

Now bring a warm,

Kind awareness to those parts that feel unworthy,

Not enough.

Imagine you are placing a gentle,

Caring hand wherever that not enough feeling lives,

Like if you were going to comfort someone,

To make them feel good.

And offer this message,

You don't have to earn your place here,

You are valuable just by existing.

Your worth is not tied to how productive you are.

You don't need to be more,

Do more,

Fix more,

To be enough.

Let those words settle in.

Let them sink beneath the surface.

Let them sink into those places and spaces where the not enough feeling lives.

Now take a few breaths into this truth,

Or at least make it be a possibility,

That your energy is enough,

That your presence is enough,

That just being here,

Breathing,

Is enough.

What would it feel like to really believe that?

You don't need to force an answer,

Just sit in the presence of that question.

Now gently begin to invite a method or a way to feel more enough.

What supports that feeling for you?

Maybe it's placing a hand on your heart.

Maybe it's a word of affirmation.

Maybe it is imagining yourself held in light or warmth.

Maybe it's picturing someone who always sees your worth,

Even when you forget it.

Let your method arise naturally and let yourself receive it.

Now let your body absorb these truths.

I am enough just as I am.

I don't need to prove my value.

I am inherently worthy and always have been.

There is nothing missing in me.

Breathe in those truths.

Let them fill the empty spaces.

Let them flow like warm light through the places that have felt not enough.

You are not a task to complete.

You are not a project to perfect.

You are a being alive,

Feeling,

Worthy,

Just as you are.

Now very softly begin to return to the present space.

Feel your body again.

Feel its weight and the point of contact with the earth or floor beneath you.

Feel the breath in your nose.

The sensation of air on your skin.

And slowly,

When you are ready,

Begin to deepen your breath.

Let it bring you back.

Bring movement into fingers and toes.

Stretch or move in any way that you need.

And when it feels right,

Gently open your eyes.

Take one more breath and as a thank you to yourself for showing up and remembering what has always been true.

You are enough.

Just by being.

Just by breathing.

Just by existing.
