Make yourself comfortable and cozy,

Lying down in your bed,

Adjusting the pillows,

Blankets,

Making sure nothing will disturb you for this practice,

Listening to your body and putting it in whatever position feels comfortable for you,

Maybe just simply lying down on your back,

With your heart open up to the sky,

Your arms resting alongside your body,

And whenever you're ready just close your eyes and through your breath invite more and more peace into your body,

Into your mind,

Into your whole energy field,

Inviting peace with every breath and through the exhales releasing all tension and heaviness,

Using this breath as a tool to help you release that tension and through that help you relax more and more,

Connecting deeper and deeper with your inner universe of relaxation and when your body is a little bit more relaxed and calm,

When your mind is slowing down,

Becoming more and more peaceful,

Connect to the energy of gratitude,

Gratitude for this day,

For being alive,

Being able to experience this life on earth as a human,

It's a very interesting,

Sometimes intense experience,

But just remember that you are going through these experiences with an open heart,

Remembering about your awareness,

Not letting the emotions,

The thoughts during the day to rule you and control you,

Not letting any fear,

Any sadness ruin your day,

Instead learning to give thanks for all these experiences,

How great it is to experience love,

To experience laughter,

To experience joy,

But also great to experience sadness,

To experience fear,

Knowing that these all are experiences but you are not them,

Stay in a space of awareness,

First just feel what can you feel underneath your body,

Is it a mattress,

Is it a mat,

Is it a sheet,

Be aware of its texture when you touch it,

Then experiencing through your ears what can you hear,

What are you listening to,

Staying open to the sounds of this recording,

To different sounds that maybe surround you,

Now being aware of your sense of smell as well,

Can you smell anything,

Can you feel anything,

Take a deep breath in again through your nose and with your eyes closed,

Noticing if you see anything,

Sometimes it's purely darkness,

Sometimes when we focus the mind is giving us some pictures,

Some images appear in the mind,

Even when the eyes are closed,

So simply just observe it from within,

Being aware and awake,

Staying calm and aware within,

Keep relaxing more and more in the space,

Now just noticing the surfaces underneath you,

What can you feel underneath your heels,

Underneath your calves,

Your thighs,

Without moving them,

Keep them still,

Just notice the space and surface underneath your legs,

Feeling the surface underneath your glutes as well,

Softening your glutes,

Leaving away all the tension,

Letting all the tension from your glutes and now from your lower back as well,

Melt down to the earth,

Imagine a gentle warm energy that is slowly starting to surround your lower back and flow following your lumbar spine,

Then up through your middle back and your upper back as well,

Feel this energy flowing alongside your spine,

From the bottom up to the top and then from the top down to the bottom,

Surrendering to the earth with all your spine and all your back on the right and the left side,

Letting this energy to flow as well through your shoulders,

Surrounding your shoulders with warmth,

With healing,

Honey-like energy,

So soft and fluid just surrounding your shoulders,

Exhaling all the heaviness,

Giving all your worries and fears away,

Down to the earth,

Softening the back of your head as well,

Relaxing your whole head,

Relaxing your mind,

Relaxing your facial muscles,

Jaw and your cheeks,

Expanding your beautiful golden heart with every breath,

Let it grow,

Let it expand,

Connecting to the ever-present energy of love that is so healing and so soothing,

Letting this love flow through your front as well,

Through your ribs,

Through your belly,

Through both of your hips,

Surrounding them,

Relaxing and then down through your legs as well,

Relaxing both of your thighs,

Your knees and your calves,

Feel your whole body being held and supported by this loving peaceful energy,

Knowing that you are always supported even when you feel like you can't count on anyone,

That you're alone in this world,

Alone with your mind,

With your problems,

Truly you're never alone,

The universe is taking care of you,

Your angels are supporting you,

Your quiet guides,

The more you develop the connection with God,

The universe,

The higher energy force,

The more you develop connection with the earth,

The more you will feel like this guidance and the quiet support that is holding you throughout your life,

Through your situations,

You don't have to control everything,

You simply can't control everything,

So just let it go,

Letting go of this need to control,

To always know how and when,

When letting go of any expectations,

Any attachments and through that setting yourself free,

Free of needs,

Free of worries,

Free of any fear,

Knowing that the light,

The fire of love that is burning within you is always so much stronger than any fear and keep opening up to this calming and healing energy of love that is flowing through your whole body now,

This honey-like energy,

So mild,

So gentle,

So calm and sweet,

Flowing golden energy of light,

Just stay there in this space,

Surrendering,

Letting go,

Releasing control and totally opening up for love,

Open to love,

Being held,

Supported and guided by love,

Just keep relaxing,

My darling,

Keep surrendering to the world of relaxation,

Enjoying the space when your body is calm and when your mind is calm,

Resting,

Knowing that everything is taken care of,

You are free,

You are loved,

You are so strong and special,
